I have used this app from its inception and it has worked very well. I think some of the schedule times are incorrect but that is probably a school or bus route issue.
Works well if your kids school is tech literate and communicates through it. It's nice getting bus updates and seeing where the bus is in the AM. Works smooth without hitches so far. A lot of the bad reviews are more directed at the schools poor use of the app.
The app is great overall. The only problem is the map is never up to date. It never seems to be working and giving real-time updates on the where the bus is.
The app worked great but now it logs me out (my current phone and 2nd android) Won't accept my password.

Update March-April 2022: Went on a week of Spring Break and again not working in Wilmington,NC are we not using it anymore?? Extremely frustrated when you have a Kindergartener riding the bus!! The bus comes late when the app is saying 7:01am! Then it says the bus is arriving at the school and my child is still sitting in the car.
I can't even sign in. The link in the email for account verification keeps saying it's not valid, as if I didn't just get it. I need this so I can ride the bus.
Doesn't work anymore. Bus shows up in one spot and doesn't move. The timestamp updates but the bus doesn't move. I have Uninstalled and reinstalled. Still does work. Used to be a great app. I have tried on two different phones.
The school is 860 miles away?! Our school now shows up as being in Canada, rather than its 3 mile distance, and the app zooms way out every few seconds so we have to keep zooming in to see where the bus is, only to have it zoom out. Received zero notifications of the bus's arrival this morning, which is not great since it's -15°
It shows all of my children having 2 buses at all times. It does not show where the bus is on the map. When the bus changes, there is no notification. I have contacted the app techs, and they asked for my county. I gave them my county, they came back asking for my county again. I responded back. They closed my conversation! Ridiculous!
This has actually caused more issues. Its always off. Bus comes and goes while app says 6 more mins. I have updated at least twice. It also tells me when its there for elementary school. Which is the same stop, but I have no children that are in elementary. Waste of time and space
Edit again: now it's deleting my account from the app data... Edit: hasn't worked correctly this week. Constantly freezes not only the app, but my phone as well on my S9 with Android 10. Nice UI and when it actually works it's great.
I was excited when the school district recommended this app. I would no longer have to guess how much longer before the bus arrived. Well my son's school doesn't show up. For this reason, I can't add him to the student list. The instructions the school provided shows there's a tab for districts, but the app is not showing this tab. When the app searches for schools in the area, none of the schools in north richland hills comes up. If I could give zero stars, I would.
I get notifications for sure. Every time the bus is within .5 miles of me. Doesn't matter if it is on my kids route, another route, or just driving by. Alerts alerts alerts... also it won't save changes to time frame allowing these alerts so it's all day long. For every grade Jr and high school route my kids bus takes regardless of if they are supposed to be on it or not.
This app is the worst. I tried adding my daughter in the beginning of the school year and that didn't work. Since I've tried again she has just been pending for over a week. What good is the app if it won't even a acknowledge my child! This is more frustration than it is worth.
It use to be a amazing app. I could see where my sons bust was on the map and know how close it was. Now it doesn't work anymore and has been stuck on the same spot on the map since 8/31/21. So it's pointless and worthless now.
Well this app seems like it could be useful if it worked properly. My daughter's school isn't on the list, so I had to search it. Then I added in all of my daughters information, and it says it is rejected. There is no information as to why, or anything. After 2 days after uninstalling and reinstalling it still doesn't work.
Great... when it works, which is about 50% percent of the time. Thankfully, we're only a few hundred feet from the bus stop but other parents have taken to walking (driving on cold days) their student to the stop and waiting for the bus with their children because no one really knows when it will arrive. I like the idea of knowing when my child boards and disembarks at his destinations. If this feature worked, I could probably overlook the inaccuracy of the ETA.
