I'm changing my old 1-star review to a 4. This app isn't super great, but it has been stable and very useful over the past semester. You just have to get used to its quirks. And remember that it's just a bus GPS app. Usually the updates are 30-45 seconds behind actual time. Sometimes just over a minute behind. However, if the bus is stopped, you may not get an update for 3-4 minutes. It gives us peace of mind in the morning when the kids are running late and the bus is late too. And it helps us panic when the kids are late and the bus is NOT late.

Used to work great and was a lifesaver. Now it hasn't updated at all in over a month. I can still get notifications from the school in messages so I know app is working. I have uninstalled and reinstalled every is up to date. It's very frustrating.

It was a great app until it started going crazy. The bus jumps from one street to another, then completely goes off the screen. When it is picking up my kids, it shows being on a street it has already pick up kids on. It keeps flipping back and forth on the route. Never know when kids need to be at bus stop and I have a 1500 foot driveway to get to the bus stop. It tells me bus has arrived at a place "23 minutes" ago. Cannot follow that! Please fix.

I often can't connect and it says we arent following any districts. Sometimes it won't update the bus status unless I lose the app and swipe it then open it up again. Also I am not able to add the sub buses, which is probably the district's fault but it's frustrating. I am not receiving any notifications either.

Never Got a Confirmation email to finish setup. I couldn't repeat the process because now my email was associated with an account. So I never got to access the app. It was 1000 times quicker to just check the web for the bus schedule. Don't bother with this app. It literally is a waste of time.

It worked great last year but now it hasn't updated past 2:30am showing the bus at the bus garage. Its hard enough to know when they are coming i really rely on the app to help me out especially when it's raining or really cold outside.

Stopped working before my last child got home. It says I'm not subscribed when I try to put my password in. When I try to resign up it says it's already subscribed. Try to reset password and it says it's not subscribed. It's a vicious cycle and no longer works. I will say they did contact me immediately and was told they are working on it. In the end, I had to use a different email and so they closed it without fixing the original problem.

It worked for the first few days while now it barely works!! The bus is at the home station in the afternoon while it still shows the status few hours ago it was on the app. That's really annoying, very disappointed.

I was able to download the app with no issues on my phone. However it would not activate on either of my email account or my wife's email account. I did a re-upload and try to activate it again with no results. app seems to have a lot of issues.

The app my school district used last year had a great feature where you could actually put in a specific place/street name to notify you when the bus was coming instead of just a mile radius. I was able to put in the stop before ours, knowing we had about 3-5 minutes before the bus would get to us. EDIT: Today is the second day that I got a late notification saying "your bus entered your zone 25 minutes ago". That doesn't really do any good. This app definitely needs work.

While I'm mostly pleased with this app, it's VERY frustrating when there are bus changes and you are unable to follow the substitute bus. It ALWAYS says "unable to follow bus, try again". Even though they give us an estimated time, they're usually way earlier than said time.

Half of the time, it doesn't work.. kids are missing the bus different days. There's a huge delay in the timing. The app is SOOOO slow and running behind. Thanks for extra work and driving and gas and kids late to school. Unreliable!!! 100%

Horrible! ABSOLUTE garbage! Couldn't download at first then when it worked, I couldn't add a student or access any other features (aside from settings). Don't not waste your time.

Is an OK app. The problem, it crashes too much. Every time you get a notification that the bus is near, you open the notification and the app crashes.

I don't know if this is a school issue or an app issue but it was working fine up until Covid happened and then the school started consolidating routes and several times the bus/route the app says to follow is not even on the list of busses to choose from. Other times the bus we are told to follow instead of our regular route doesn't even stop at our house and I have to go pick up my child from the stop and take him to school.

I love this app! I know when the bus will be at our house so we don't have to wait outside unnecessary. I get an announcement in the AM and PM letting me know any changes in the bus schedule. This alerts me to any delays so I can take my child to school if need be and I'm not worried if the bus is running behind. All school districts should have this app.

The app rarely updates. For 2 days the app bus tracker hasn't worked so we just had to guess when the bus was coming. Please update this app. It often says it cannot connect to servers.

The app is very behind. It doesn't keep with the current time and I get notification hours after bus leaves that it has arrived. Not reliable at all.

If I could give it zero stars I would. Totally useless. I wouldnt even bother downloading it, because it doesn't work! I was watching the app today, and it never updated. The app said that the bus was still at the school, but my kids were walking through the door!

Can we get a notification history? You sent a notificatuon with a district and bus to follow for a spare bus. It didnt appear. Thirty minutes later, you sent a correction, but said "follow the previously mentioned bus". All the bus names are very similar, and I can't remember the random bus code you gave me. There's no history or way for me to find out what it was, so I have no way of ever knowing the right substitution bus now unless I follow every single bus...

More often than not it shows where this was was several minutes ago. We've almost missed the bus a number of times because of the time lag. I wish it would stay current, then it would be great!
