If I hadn't banged my head against the table while working with this app a hundred times, then I don't know anymore. Laggy, not user friendly at all, loads a lot longer than it should, randomly closes, has messed up notifications, sends messages for so long you even forgot you've sent something, sometimes doesn't send them and you have to resend, randomly "forgets" you're connected to Wi-Fi... But I keep using it because I don't have any other option.
From student's standpoint; This app is an enormous lot of mess. UX is highly inconsistent, messy and often unintuitive and user-unfriendly. I'll point out an example; the Homeworks tab doesn't sync across clients, which means that the app keeps displaying homework that's marked as done in the "unfinished" category. The backend is also sometimes messy, like those errors that don't make sense (which are worse than Microsoft's).
App is getting there, it needs multi client support (same user signed into multiple devices). Other than that, good job.
In dark mode, some text is not visible. For example, the teacher names in summary timetable are not visible
Cannot updload files. Only thing I can upload are photos. Horrible. I can't search for old homework/messeges. Old messeges and homework get deleted and I can't see them anymore. Has a bad interface. Also doesn't have a feature to sort homework/messeges based on which subject it is everything is just in a big pile of messeges in which you can't find anything.
Overall it is a great app. It would be nice if all the content didn't open in separate windows and tabs. It's just annoying.
The fact that this is what we use in all schools (in my country) is quite concerning. As an idea, it's not bad, however as a thing to use everyday it's just not it. The text format is not at all made for smartphones, which is weird, considering this is an Android app π Students and teachers need a reliable software, which unfortunately cannot be said about this app. The computer version is definitely better, so if you have a computer, I recommend using that instead.
This app is a disgrace. Nothing works as it should. Horrible interface, completely unintuitive. Sometimes it just straight up does not work at all, or stops responding. You could outsource this to another company and they would make you a better app in less then 3 days. The only reason people use it is the fact that their school does.
Perfect for students and teachers but there's too many glitches. Almost unusable
Each day when the app opens, the first thing that runs out is the message where "New" is written in the yellow sun above and below it is written "Hooray! A new version is available. The application is being updated in" At the bottom, the time counts down from 10 seconds, and below is the "Update Now" in the green rectangle. It really bothers, why this message appears? Remove it!
It used to be extremely slow few months ago. Now this is utter garbage. It keeps loading for hours and hours and hours and still doesn't open. Don't give me the bad internet excuse you clown developers. I watch YouTube Netflix all day and it's perfectly smooth. I go through social media and everything's fine. The moment I open this terrible app it keeps loading for the entire day
New updates was useless, and recent updates make it even worse! Not user friendly at all. I can refer to my timetable much easier on the older version. Hopefully newer updates will be more user friendly especially the timetable view, where the user can change setting (vertical or horizontal).
Well, its not really ok, it has *MAJOR* issues tho, cos it can't oppen a lot of files n so on, My advice is to not download this app, π, I'm telling you from experience. U cant even Access some old homeworks which is REALLY annoying when ever you want to revise or you mistakenly forgot to do it and it will be part of what is going to be recorded in your grade book and you didn't do it, its always very awful!!!ππππ
Poorly programmed application with a confusing UI. Plus many of the neccessary features are either missing or obscured. Worst thing is... not even teachers know how to use this thing and I am constantly sick of not having free time because a teacher keeps sending me impossible to complete amounts of homework.
It works well for the functions we use in day to day school management as complimentary app to the desktop version. Classregister, attendance, timetable, substitution, grades (including printing report cards), and calendar. Customer service is very responsive and the exchange with the programmers / developers has always been good. I am very happy that we can do these processes digitally!
i can't open any downloaded file. every time i click on a file my teacher sent me, it goes to chrome to download but then when i try to open it, i can't. if i ignore how messy the app is for me, this is the only thing that irritates me. please fix the way it downloads/shows the doc/ppt/other types of files.
Last update is really bad, because I can't add pictures or files to homeworks and messages and that's terrible. (Especially when you use Android all the time...) Please someone fixed it. It's not working and I need to work.βΉοΈπ₯Ίπ£
I really like and use this app every day in my school. We find it very useful and we use only portion of it, for timetables, substitutions and communication. I would like if you could add to this app event and calendar feature. For example on my tablet the calendar is immediately below current schedule (timetable) and it would be useful to have it on mobile. If not then maybe as an special section Also, when adding event like teacher meeting, teachers get notification but can't see details

The latest version is really bad. Says its updating everytime I open the app. But there's no new update, so it takes a long time to access the app which is really time consuming Need to fix this issue!!
The app is poorly built and typically doesn't work as I think it should. I've gotten in trouble for missing classes that I didn't know were ongoing, timetable on the homepage doesn't even work at all, the app just doesn't load half the time. Honestly, just shut down please! For my sake, and the sake of other people that use this half done platform to host online Educational Institutions. I don't even know why my school is hell bent on using this garbage.
I cannot attach images, because the app keeps bringing me to the Google Drive app after using it only once. Didn't happen before this update. Update: Now I can't even open any given homework. Thanks.
A little buggy, some assignments can't be opened, sometimes I get double notifications, the loading is pretty slow and the classrooms often don't even load. Otherwise a good app
I'm not getting notifications for new incoming messages. There's no option to add attachments to message replies. Keeps updating the app every time I open it.
I was able to add to message even scanned documents, now it doesn't let me to add this type of document, it only shows some pictures. Why is this? It seems to be useless now.
Really good app for teachers and students, I recommend it for every school.
The messages keep switching up when I scroll the page. It is highly uncomfortable and I cannot manage important messages.Also it is never notifying me if something comes up....nothing not even a sound.
Edit: Most of the issues that I've listed below have been resolved (After the new update it's absolutely useless. Before the timetable was pretty neat. You could choose your classes and it had the ones that don't interest you. Now, it's just a weird picture like screen with no other utility. I couod just take a photo irl. Plus the UI update was absolute downgrade as it is totally not intuitive (opposed to the one before the update). If I could I'd use the older version. I'm sad)
