This App requires a lot of manual intervention. Whenever a new notification is received, the message is not visible in the app until the cache is cleared and app data is synced, almost every day which is very annoying. Not sure why this bug can't be fixed. I hope some action is taken yo gix this bug.

Horrendous , The app is not sending SMS as part of forgot password . Seems like the SMS sending of OTP never works.

Poor, it takes lot of time to show latest notifications and due to that many imp notifications are missed. Even if I open the app and that particular section it takes hours to shown recent stuff. I get info from other sources as well else I am under impression that no new message or notification are available

This is the best resource it is used in my school in this app everything is organised really well we can learn how to use this app really fast it is easy 😁

I had a very poor experience with the app. All the data before a specific date has been wiped out as I reinstalled the app because of some bugs. Not recommended to any school thinking about doing so. Even the pdf and word documents had to be accessed only by the app as the downloaded files were nowhere to be found. I am requesting to developer team to focus on the above issues.

Good App. Kids can use it easily once they get familiar with it. One suggestion would be to have a quick way of switching profiles, maybe on the main interface. It's fine when you have 1 Child, but for checking for multiple children, this would be useful.

it's a very good n helpful app...the only need is of continuous update by human interface. App has all required parameters, only recommend service is messaging query by parents should be included. This will ensure better communication between the two. Also there should be a facility for parents of kids of same class to communicate with each other on matters concerning their kids. I don't think the school will have any issues for incorporating these features as this is the best school.

Poor experience. Trying to log in to the app but nothing happens. Trying to do Forgot Password but nothing happens. My son's school sends important notifications through this app but I cannot access them. Developer has developed an app which does not even display an error message as to what is wrong and why it is not working. Just nothing happens at all. Rubbish. Absolute garbage of a developer and app, as far as my experience is concerned.

The app is poorly made. Some of its major problems are as follows: slow, unaesthetic, doesn't use the back button to go back to the previous page/tab (used only for leaving the app; note that all professionally apps have that feature eg. Instagram, whatsapp), and lastly the fee payment feature is horribly made. Major issues in password reset usecase, email never receive OTP, mobile number is old inactive provision for updating mobile number should be there.

It has many issues like for example the search option shows the thing you are searching for highlighted but there's other things too that irritates me a lot and since this is now used to enter the online classes when it's under maintenance we have to find other ways to join, which consume a lot of time. Over all needs to be updated.

In version 5.3, files get downloaded but we cannot locate the path where it is getting downloaded. Secondly, there is no option to save it manually to the handset. it just gives option to upload files to internet storages. thus is really inconvenient.

The video lessons uploaded does not open,though at times it shows that we have received a video lesson,but then the file does not open. It only shows fetching video lesson. Kindly please fix this. Thank you.

Downloading attachments from circulars, is very tedious. Attachments can be downloaded only one by one. It is even more difficult, because after each download, the app goes back to the home page, forcing user to navigate back to the download link after multiple clicks.

Worst app ,not designed properly. I request the app designer to properly design the app. The app closes itself after every few minutes. It does allow us to upload photos and does not except data beyond 10mb. I always have a very bad experience with this app. I an very disappointed 😞 😔. Please do look into this problem.

Great App. Not faced any problems as yet. It has simple and nice design. And most of all low usage. But the only thing I am concerned about is the Video size you upload. It sometimes goes up in GBs. Request you to please down convert the videos to less size without hurting the video quality. Thanks

Overall good but new circular or notifications are not visible unless you log out and login again, this seems irritating. Latest circular is not visible unless we log out and then again login. Now this issue seems resolved.. Kudos On more suggestion, can you setup online classes as well so instead of apps like zoom, this app will be solution for all. I know it's ambitious but definitely doable.

The app was working fine. But after the update, the app freezes on the loading screen. This is not my individual problem, my school mates are also facing the same problem. Hope that it is solved soon.

All good in this app, all previous bugs and issues have been fix through the recent updates. But, how can I change my mobile number that is registered on my Edusprint ID. It would be a great help if I would get an answer to this.

Frequent App Crashing. When I search something in student activity tab, the text appears late and the search result is not displayed for a long time. Half of the screen remains white.. Rest all is okay

Poor app , poor performance. It takes a long time even to just open up the app irritates and demotivates the practice of using app everyday. Numerous issues has been raised but no improvement from the app provider. Wish we had some better option.

Ecampus section doesn't load and after few seconds app restarts. Mobile running Android 6.0.1 mmb29m Kindly fix this issue

Takes lot of time to update regular circulars. Need to keep syncing

It is very awesome app to understand child performance of every day

This is an under development software. No options to edit or correct our Child's /Parents detail. Does not seem to be linked with Child's school activities or her records with school. Each time we have to update school about fees paid and after a few reminders do we see an acknowledgement receipt for the fees paid. No way to get in touch with Teachers or School Principal. Need to rework on your software, it is not even a beta version which can be tested out for performance or bugs.

Disappointed that support is poor. Features are being added, no security of data it seems from their website link. App does not pop up notifications, with one way communication only.

There's a technical default in your app. I am not able to add second student ID. In your app. When I go to settings and tap on the Manage Student it shows " LOADING ". And nothing appears. PLEASE HELP ME 😭😭😭😭. PLEASE GIVE ME ANSWER.

The app is good but when we click on notifications it app becomes slow and sometimes it does noy display any notification. And also there are no alert sound or any message in notification bar

Have been started using this app recently We paid fees online but no receipt is generated since long time No support or help or enquiry function in the application available.... Pls suggest solution
