It's been 2 and a half months I wrote my last review, and there is a response from the team as they are working and will fix. 3+ mandatory updates released still team is not capable of adding filter option for completed classes. Main purpose we need the filter is to filter the academic classes which are compulsory for which your app has all filtering options apart from compulsory option. I have reduced my rating to 1star because there is no option to reduce it to a big 0 rating

This has many bugs. Not responding most of the times. Also it's pretty slow and most of the time getting error as unable to contact server. Same issue with Web link as well. Please check and fix bugs. If this continues then it will be difficult to make children sit for online classes.

Some features are good but some features need to improve. Mainly, school sends some links to open videos. It won't go directly to that video. We should go to YouTube and type the link. It's not possible to type all the link in the YouTube. So plz update that feature immediately.

there should be option to add 1 or 2 profile. everytime have logout to see 2nd profile. Also there is more difference between web portal and this app. why can't same feature is given in app also. Also even after changing the password it popup incorrect password. same password is acceptable in web portal. Mr. developer pls do something.

the app keeps crashing every single time since it was updated some time back. Tried reinstalling same problem persist. The contact developer email is also not valid. The app had lot of issues earlier as well, but todays update broke it completely and rendered it useless. Developers please fix this ASAP..

School needs to validate the app release before uploading it on playstore. When yiu try to attempt the homework online, the pages are so rich that it doesnt open at all and needs a laptop to be done. Also on android the homework files shows as mp4 files and not pdf. You cannot resize the pdf screen as well so it becomes difficult to attempt online. The app doesnt work with network error when load is there. Can someone take this feedback seriously and resolve it.

The Eduvate App keeps on Crashing post doing the Update dated 26Apr2020. It gets continuously stopped & repeatedly asks to restart it. Even after uninstalling & reinstalling it, the App never starts & gets crashed every time.... It doesn't even goto Login screen. Though overall when it was working earlier its Good...

Worst App I have ever seen. Most of the time the App is not working. After putting the Sign In credentials the App crashes. Not able to open it. Even if we install it newly it is not opening at all. Only daily diary is getting updated correctly.

APP works great when you don't want it to do anything. If you are trying to download a file on Onplus 7T ..error downloading file will continuously haunt you. I guess because app is not updated to be used with Android 10. Permissions are fine as it asks for only Storage.

This app doesn't work. I have tried several times to Uninstaller and reinstall the app. But it still doesn't work. I keep getting an error message the app has stopped working and when I click on report nothing happens. This is frustrating

When the message/calendar contains a link it should be clickable. Orchids School sends out zoom meeting links and there is no way to copy, no way to click, no way to share/forward. These are fundamental stuff missing. Hate it.

Such an useless app. Even if you give correct password it won't let you in and if you reset password user won't receive OTP if I get OTP and enter new password then it says Something went wrong . . Then how can we use this application with lot of bugs and you are being promoted by lots of big schools in metro cities

There seems to be a bug in the app. It is just shutting on its own. Overall, a weak app with lots of loopholes. Need to be strengthened at backend to support all the features it offers.

The mobile app won't let me login since I have changed the password through web app as it was mandated by the School Management. Now the app prompts for password change. If I log out, the app wont start. Please make the app stable as it has recurring issue also too many functions are missing in the app comparing web app.

It's a horrible app. Tried to reset password but it just doesn't allow. I am stuck Also, I tried to send an email to the contact provided in playstore. The email bounced back too

We got a message to reinstall the app and after that it is not working properly. Trying to contact help desk and there is no response. we are missing the classes. i think majority have this problem. please rectify this error on priority.

This keeps crashing, even after repeating installation it is not helping, even clear of cache and all data not helping. This problem started occuring after mandatory password reset. Please address this as soon as possible.

Everytime there is a circular you need to go update the app. Else uninstall and reinstall. Highly inconvinient and time wasting app. Reported to the school multiple times, no use. And the UI is Windows 98.

Every time the app is updated it comes with bug..and it keeps crashing evry time u will start. This is third time its happenong after update. Developers if u r not sure abt update working properly plz dont uodate and waste our time n energy. I have uninstalled more than 5 times . Its keep crashing.

It's been over 2 weeks now that I had been not able to log into your app. After taking the password the app screen goes black giving a msg to report the bug!! I uninstalled & reinstalled the app several times but no respite.

After the update, app is not functioning, when trying to open the app, it just crashes or closes abruptly. Not been able to use even after trying multiple uninstall and install process

This app hang more than it works, surprisingly most of options are not working over app though they are visible. It seems the development left incomplete as schools started using it. Big lose to children due to such poor apps and schools just look after their benefit

After latest application update, it's showing run time error. Kindly work on the same and resolve the issue. Once error issue is resolved then send us updates on the same. Applications has many issues and please anlyase the same and get it done.

I am also facing the same issue since the time school informed to change password.the app is not working in my phone. Every time I try to open, it crashes. I tried uninstalling it and then reinstalling. Still its not working.

After update, the opening of the error is fixed. The fee section still needs improvement to avoid dual app checking between browser version and mobile version. Please integrate too.

Notifications received when clicked does not open the relevent notification on app. Further the notified circars are not available when manually gone to app and checked. There may be an important communication that would get missed by parents.
