Edward™, the virtual host, is a Chatbot application that enables Edwardian Hotels London guests to obtain personalised information and assistance. The app enables our guests to enhance their experience and get their questions answered faster and their requests for service directed to the right hotel staff instantly.

Edward™ is able to answer over 1200 topics from information about the hotel such as the address, the nearest train station, the opening and closing times of restaurants and bars to the local attractions and how to get there.

Edward™ is also able to help you with specific information about your reservation such as packages included, departure date and time, arranging upgrades, adding extra amenities, booking transportation, ordering room service and much more.

Edward™ allows you to ask questions and make requests in your own natural language.

If Edward™ is not able to help, he knows who, at your hotel, can help you and asks them to get back to you. Not only that, Edward™ keeps monitoring whether they have got back to you in a timely manner and if necessary escalates your request all the way up to the general manager.

Edward™ is designed to assist our hotel staff in making your stay with us a memorable one.

Would be a huge help, if they could add some extra country codes, for example: Austria (43)🇦🇹. 😅 Not able to use it otherwise... Or what it is about exactly..

This is very handy when it comes to order any room service and avoids the need to be on the phone waiting for someone to pick up the call. I am very impressed that it is multilingual too. More features can be added though.

I've only managed to log into this application once, even though I stay at the same hotel every week. The one time I logged in it worked ok however on subsequent visits when you asked a question it still had the room details from my first stay. I logged out to try and refresh this but it doesn't let you back in. Not sure why this has 5* rating however since all reviews are from the same date then I assume these are all from the developer.
