It doesn't have the features of the old app. It doesn't seem to bring anything new to the table except slowness and clumsiness, including having to go to a whole other website for bill pay. And worse, it no longer works with my budgeting software. The updates to the mobile and online services are a flop. This is the last push for me to finally change credit unions.
This new format is horrible. You can't quickly review transactions anymore. Now you have to open each one individually and the font is all squished. Also I used to be able to schedule by weekly transfers, now my only options are weekly or monthly. So aggravating.
It has been a year since the new app and no updates. Seriously considering switching banks. Paing bills is a pain, it cuts off information. Transferring money between accounts show dollar $ but when you enter any numbers it switches to Euros €. I hope they fix these problem soon.
Update: the app made mobile banking so bad I left the bank. Previously: The worst app yet. I try to get to bill pay and it continuously fails. The layout is terrible. All legacy accounts magically appeared that had been either deleted or hidden. Feels less safe than the last app. Not user friendly Not intuitive Not for me. Seeking new bank at this time since I am a remote user.
This app has been really helpful to me to pay my loans timely each month. I pay my credit card and check on my credit card transactions constantly with it too. sending money to my daughter who is also a member has never been so easy. This is by far the best banking app I have used.
Really prefer the old version, but they fix a bug with this one pretty quick and now it does everything I need. Great app.
Ever since the switch over cant login anymore. Go to register and constantly tells me that my info is wrong. Swear this bank is just going downhill. Bring back the old app. At least it worked.
The new interface is simple to use and registering for the new user login was a breeze. Haven't had a single hiccup yet.
This app has been re-worked and is much easier to navigate now. Took awhile to set up, but customer rep was super patient and helpful!
The app does not work with Android software. This problem started with the December 4th bank update. Please update and fix this problem.
Really klunky. Feels like 3 different programs that don't work well together. Almost makes me want to switch banks
This APP won't let me log in with my android device, even though it says it is compatible with my device.
Can't even register to use my Mobil banking app. Horrible first experience

What do you mean I'm not enrolled?? Been with this bank for 10 years and all the sudden my user name isn't enrolled?
I dont mind the new app but bill paying on a mobile phone is a pain.
I cant see what has been PD from my checking account only see a balance. Why do you have to change things that weren't broken in the first place

This app is garbage. Not because it crashes or doesn't install, but because it is designed to do NOTHING. Worse than the previous app, functionality is essentially looking at account balance. Unfortunately, the new app is on par with the current performance of this banking institution. After nearly 20 years, I'm divesting from Edwards FCU. This app is just a symptom of larger institutional problems.
