It's just straight up wrong most of the time I try to check my credit card balance. The app really likes to freak me out by showing negative numbers in some of my accounts too. The only thing the app is consistently good for is making it easier to be put on hold with eecu to eventually find out how much money I actually have.
The app is fantastic except for one thing. The check recognition software on the app is utterly terrible at scanning checks and it can take literal hours of retakes to get ONE image. It's infuriating. Aside from that though. Everything is as advertised and works wonderfully
If mobile deposit was more efficient, I would rate this as 5 stars. I HATE having to retake one photo 20+ times because the app doesn't like the first photo (even when it's a perfect and clear photo). Mobile deposit SHOULD be quick and easy.
Great app I use it daily and no mess ups or errors ever and when they do fix their page or "app" bugs they do it at a time your usually asleep or what would seem most convenient for everyone I would think that's their intentions, So they take the users of this app very considerably.
The basic functions are nice, but I have two grumbling issues--timeout length is too short, and the phone verification at login each time gets annoying, especially when I'm in a pinch. It does what it'a supposed to do, but it takes an extra while to log in and it boots you too quickly. It gets really annoying trying to do the bills when I turn to look at the phone and they've logged me out.
So reliable, love the quick access feature. Occasionally, maybe every other month, it will not allow me to login for a hour or two and prompts a "please try again later" message. Could be maintenance but (again thx eecu) they're really great about giving you the heads up so no sé. Even easier not to miss it with the new megaphone notification icon.
love the convenience. Don't care too much about the check deposit. The auto camera doesn't focus properly.
Awful experience. Tried depositing a check multiple times for over an hour in the most well lit light and dark backgrounds and nothing would get the app to auto take the photo. This was not a problem before where you were allowed to manually take a photo. It's been over 8 hours and multiple people trying to get this app to take the photo and nothing works. No suggestions on the website work, calling the local eecu did not work. They need to add manual photos back in. Why did they even remove it?
Not sure what is going on with this app but I have forgotten my password and I tried reseting it a number of times with no luck. They keep sending the automated call so that I can retrieve a temporary password and once I enter it, the app tells me "unable to access this information" and "session has timed out" even though I followed the steps within a minute or less.
Decent app, but no version of it for the Moto x 3rd gen. I have to use a separate phone to manage my account. Also credit card transactions don't show up for several days after, even though the amounts are in their database. If you go into one of their branches they can tell you exactly what's processing on your card, but they haven't made a version of the app that shows it in real time

Does exactly what it needs to do, transfers, check balances & more without fail. Great app!
The app does not list any part of your account, or account name (if edited), only "Checking" or "Savings", making it impossible to know which account you are accessing if you have multiple accounts. Customer Service via telephone is nice, but unable to actually do anything - you have to make an appointment at the branch, which they don't always honor. Also - my accounts list NO history for 6 months in the app. Clearly multiple issues. I do NOT recommend this app, or this bank.
It's fussy with camera deposits. I was able to make two other bank deposits with their apps total time=min. This app over 12 min. Closed out to see if app needed update. No it was updated. This app is a time waster. It's faster at times to walk to the ATM. I hate complaining but service on the phone and this app are WANTING
Great app and it works for me. I can see my balance and transactions, and do mobile deposits.
This app is very easy to use.👍 The only reason it doesn't have five stars, is because I wasn't able to go back and look at transactions that were earlier than 6 months. I actually had to go into a branch and ask for my account statement for earlier transactions. I asked the teller about this and they said I should have been able to go back farther. If that is possible, I was not able to figure it out. This app in combination with the text feature on my phone seems to be rather reliable.
If my cash doesn't go through I will drop the rating. You should be able to do more as a bank to help people who live out of state when they have to wait for a card for almost 2 weeks and have bills that need to be paid now in cash.
not user or camera friendly. I have to take too many photos of the check just to get an acceptable picture. And I don't think it is just me or my new phone. But, it saves me a trip to the kiosk to deposit one check and usually the kiosk is out of order anyway.
Very easy to use. Few items that need addressing: - A way to contact the branch, or primary office for balance discrepancies. - IM for better communication - Banking application options for different loans, accounts and other various transaction abilities - Instant connectivity to other accounts via profile setup. Hopefully we can get a much more user friendly app with these modifications.
The app keeps crashing. It'll open long enough for me login but as soon as I login it closes and gives me option to close app or send feedback. I've send feedback and it's still not fixed. The only thing I can check is at a glance my account and that's about it.
The moblie app easy to use but I would like to see a balance of the account as i am making payments. Then on the home screen, i would like to see something similar. I would like to see the beginning balance less all the pending payments then the available balance.
I wish it had more features. I would like to be able to organize my incoming and outgoing transactions and also having more access for conversion to a spreadsheet. it would be nice if I could link other accounts to this one as well. especially accounts that require my bank info.
I love this banking app. It is very easy to make transfers and manage your accounts in a simple format! I have been using this app for about 2 years now and I still love it. It makes managing my accounts very easy. The photo check deposit is amazing!!
I like the app overall it's very smooth, responsive, and convenient. I do have one complaint. When I transfer money from my main account to my credit card it takes a long time to update. I don't think it should take more than 2-3 days to update the balance due.
Using this app has made ALL the difference in my banking abilities! I love being able to see all my transactions, I can deposit checks, transfer money, and I am VERY HAPPY with the service as well. UPDATE 1-28-2022 I still love being able to bank whenever and wherever I want. I can check balances and be on top of all my finances. Good job EECU!
