EECU Mobile Banking

Depositing a check is a nightmar!! Forget using auto capture, it takes picture too fast. Manual capture is awful as well. You have to keep guessing where to aim to get the picture of the check just right, which happens to be the same as the previous 50+ pics aken!!?? Not being able to click on account activity is a huge negative as well. Can't get any info without calling and talking to a live person. I wish it was easier to deposit checks like it used to be. not broken, don't fix it!!

Good app. My only issue so far is that when I make a mobile check deposit, it shows the entire deposited amount in both the "Current Balance" and "Available Balance", which is confusing, since there is a temporary hold placed on a portion of the funds (which I could only see when I open transaction details). This has led me to accidentally make an overcharge and incur an overdraft fee. It would help if the mobile deposit did not show held funds as part of the Available Balance on the main page.

Love mobile banking, but this app has a hard time capturing the backs of my checks. The picture will be clear until it captures, and then it will blur when it takes it. I end up having to retake it over and over, sometimes up to 10 times. It's very irritating and time consuming.

Pretty easy to use. The only reason I didn"t give it 5 stars is because it's a little confusing when I "Transfer" money from my checking account to make a payment on my EECU credit card. To me that's not a transfer. That's making a bille payment. Also, when I check my balance it doesn't seem to be accurate even though the crefit union reps say it's live & immediate.

It's unclear if payment is sent. I hate that it waits so long till funds are shown used in my checking account. At least show as pending. I don't see that it paid one if my bills that I set up for two payments. Now I will get a late charge . Thanks alot.

Unfortunately today it took over 2 hours to get my deposit to go thru as your photo capture would not work correctly!!!After trying get pictures of the check in 7 rooms in my house for different lighting always using a dark background and even outside and using my smartphone and my Tablet 🙃 I finally got acceptable pictures to complete my deposit!!! I was about to give up and drive to EECU to deposit the check. The photo capture process needs to be improved!!

Reliable with all the options I need and more! I've been using this app since it came out. EECU has really stayed on top of it and made some terrific changes over time that have helped me be more efficient in managing my money. I no longer have to go to the website for things that I could not do from the app. In my opinion for me, that has been huge!

Still Bad! HOW LONG TILL YOU FIX THIS??? DO YOU CARE?? THE LAST VER WORKED BUT NOT THIS ONE, this update not as good as last. I don't like the automatic picture taken when mobile depositing check. I don't understand why they wanted take my option away for me to snap the picture !!! it doesn't not help and even takes longer I think because it didn't wait to be focused. I get tired of people changing things just to say it's been undated. Just because you can change stuff doesn't mean you should

Ur avaliable doesn't reflect what's pending. U'll see a pending amount, but ur current balance & available amount are the same. Then the pending amount will fall off & disappear for a few days until out of nowhere it hard posts. The issue w/ this is u may not remember everything u purchase, so when ur trying to do a quick balance check to see how much u have available, it isn't accurate, ever. I now use the old school paper register, ridiculous. I don't have this issue with my other bank...

Account amounts history is easy to read. I just did a mobile deposit of a computer generated check, with computer generated signature. Just knew it would fail, but it went thru first time no issues. I'm not a tech guy, but even I figured it out. My only problem was being scared for no reason.

It is not very user friendly. I have 2 phones and need to add it to use for a business account and go through it and then it takes me to log out instead of taking me to the account. I put right username and right password and won't add or go to account. Update..... Finally got it to work. App needs a lil time to add the information on the site.... Got it going....

Easy to use. I do not like that you changed the bold bar on the day separation on the transaction page. Now its all continuous and you have to pay attention to the date. I loved how it was separate by day before. Bring it back!!!

Couldn't be easier to use. I can see checking, savings and car loan details on same screen. BOA was constant pop-ups with a virtual assistant offering help and ads on every screen closing.

The app used to work very well for me. However, for the past few months I routinely get an error stating that my information cannot be displayed. It happens so often that I expect to see the message more than being able to log in.

App is very user friendly, responsive, and looks very well designed. Would be good if Bill Pay had the same functionality as logged into via home computor.

Was a fine app until they added auto capture to the deposit check function, and it talks to you incessantly while doing so. There should be an option to turn that off.

Not as updated, every single thing is delayed so it is NEVER ACCURATE. Doesnt give as much information either in the transactions part of the app, everything is in bold for some reason so it is A LOT harder to read and actually see what you've spent your money on.The old way was MUCH better. The update made it worse.

It is good for fast check and transfers, but if you put in to get notifications for when your balance is below a certain amount it conveniently only works when they are not going to get insufficient balance funds.

I love the check deposit feature accessible from their app. It's quick and easy and you can view everything very quickly. Works flawlessly!

Usually good app, but check deposit has been really slow or not finishing at all lately. Great bank tho, when the check deposit does work, they actually except & credit your balance immediately instead of taking 24 hours or more like most banks

Great App. I think since Banking apps were made for your device, they should be made more compatible with online banking apps like Cash app etc., For convenience with all types of transactions.

The app is always working. It is rarely down for anything. Well, this morning the app has not been working after trying for 3 hours. Updating? No clue. But going forward it is a great app for a lot of my banking needs

if you want to be treated like a person, do not do business with EECU. for the last 3 years I have run into instances of needing understanding or presenting a financial situation....well if you do not have a perfect credit score they do not care. I was able to get another financial institution to loan me $17,000 for a used car after asking eecu for $7700 on a $9700 vehicle I desired more. Have been with them 16 years and now when I have come to need their assistance. I am only a number on paper

The EECU mobile app is so easy to use and navigate through. You can take care of so many banking transactions in the app. Hardly any more need to go to the actual credit union building.

It has gotten progressively slower and less responsive. Takes minutes to even open or schedule a bill pay. It used to work great until these latest "enhancements".

Bugs. The list of that it doesn't do wrong is much shorter every time I take a picture it freezes, always has an issue.

Check deposit feature is very slow and had to retake photos several times. Compared to Frost Bank, this is terrible.
