App sucks, if you don't download a card you can't use rewards. You have to take a picture of your reciept to get approval. All the other food apps I have they scan the bar code or the box on the app to add up points and redeem rewards. Then you pay how you want. Also, it's ridiculous the captain card went up 5 bucks this year. We won't be patronizing you very often anymore unless you change the app.
I had an issue before with this app, but as soon as I reported the issue, I received an email and the issue was fixed shortly after. Since then, I have not had a problem. I even redeemed a reward of $10 off and bought my family drinks. I will definitely say it is a great app now that the company has fixed the loading issue I had before.
They want you to link a bank account before you can use ANY coupons, free coupons and free without purchase coupons. Don't get fooled or in my case misled. When I tried to redeem a free large eegee,A reward because I allowed access to my profile and details, I was informed that only after I link my bank account can I redeem. It was no reward. It is equivalent to a rider hanging a carrot with a long stick in front of a donkey( You). I wouldn't have minded otherwise. The deceit made me pass
Works okay, but has annoying system. You have to take pictures of your receipt to get credit for your purchase and someone has to review it. Not worth my time and I refuse to register a credit card.
I love the food but, the app and rewards are mediocre. The process of earning rewards is lame (take a pic of your receipt, than it's sent for review) if you don't add your credit card to the app. Also not able to redeem rewards without adding a card to the app. No thanks.
I thought I didn't have to show my phone once I reemed the coupon since it was linked to my card. I didn't get my $10 dollars off my order thinking that it was just a timer for how long the coupon expired not knowing I had to click the timer to get the 10 dollars off and show it when it should go through with the card. I don't understand how it can read my history with points of purchase but not read the coupon to discount my order with the same card.
The only reason this app. 1 star is because you have to give it at least one star the app sucks Johnny traveling all the way across town to get a free eegee'sand then when I get here it can't register a card a valid debit card that is so did I use everyday so anyway as much as I love you Jesus I will never be back here again
The ad at the store said download the app and receive a free eegee's. It failed to mention a credit card was required. I wasted my time. No thanks.
Owned the app for over a year now, I've gotten free rewards such as a medium eegee, a free cookie of my choice, just turned eighteen by the way, and I still have a rewards for $10 off my purchase.
I have a lot of trouble with the app launching. It seems to take an eternity to load. I would give more stars if it were to load a lot faster.
your supposed to get a free eegees for downloading the app, but you dont get it unless you put your credit card number in, and if you dont want to put your credit card in then it wont let you go back to the app
Bogos are a BIG plus since the food is super expensive.... Getting a drink was a huge perk.. Employees should be more helpful in helping customers use the BOGO.
Easy to use and I love any app with a rewards program! I've already warned free food.
It's a good app when you can get extras and freebies just for using it to order from a favorite restaurant!
You shouldn't have to enter your cc info for coupons or deals. I pay cash for my meals when I eat fast food, cc for fine dining...
eegee's app is amazing it works well and when you 1st download it you get a free large eeges drink but dont press redeem now unless ur near an eegee's cause iy gives you a time frame for u to redeem it but trust me u will love it... especially there subs they are amazing amd scrumptious..
Love this place. Im from Mass, and this is true unique Tucson local. I love it. The staff the food the drinks. Its all great.

I was going to order your greatest hits 5.99 meal but was told it would cost more then that so your company lost out on 4 of those meals

Eegees is one of a kind, loved this place since I was a kid!! Every time I am in Tucson or Phoenix area it's a must go!!
The app is great if you're an eegee's addict like me who enjoys a discount every now and then. It's visually appealing and easy to use. I'm giving it 4 stars because having to enter card info is kind of annoying, especially since I'm the only one in the house with the app. I'm not so hard up for free items that I plan on adding my husband's financial cards into a restaurant app on my phone. On the plus side it doesn't ask for the 3 digits on the back of your card...but still.
