Bad experience with this app. Becarefule what you order. They are not reponsable if the part is not the correct for your car even if the app select the part for you. On top of that they want you to pay for the return and plus the new shipment. Not good.
Great company with awesome customer service reps. The app used to be good. Now it's unusable. When you go to your cart, all it shows is the total, not the itemized list of what you're purchasing. A shame really. Now its phone only, or shop from another store.
This is a rating for the app. Parts don't show up in the cart like before. It only shows the total amount of the order. Please fix the cart to show all the products. Thank You
I used to go to the site to order. Found the phone app, great, now I dont need to be tied to my pc to order! I was wrong. None of my items were in my cart on the app. Doesnt the app pull data from the same database? I see why the app has a low rating. I can agree with the good reviews about the company, GREAT company, cant argue that. The app is terrible. This forum is about the app, not the company.
Beyond expectations 12/10. Very informed, knowledgeable staff that are polite and friendly. Always have had what I needed and without hesitation explained as much info as they could for what u might run into installing part, or tips and tricks.
worst app ever created. You just can't log in, never. It's a constant failure of trying.
don't believe anything these bad reviews perceived to tell you I've been buying from this company for for 5 years and have never had a problem and they're good with their returns and customer service Matt knows what he's doing with this company and I appreciate him because I wouldn't know where else to get good reliable fast on time Saab parts

The worst sparws ordering app. and greedy too.
Like the company and the service they provide! But this app is horrible. Only a viewer for the web site(great web site btw). The touch calibration is annoyingly off. Go to select a option or text field and it's either right on or selects the item above. You have to aim below what you want to select. Unless it decides to be right on.... 🙄 And sometimes you have to select something several times for it to process. Doesn't incorporate Google pay. Haven't used the vin scan. App hasn't been updated in 9 months. Much easier to use Microsoft Edge and go to the web site. Web site works great 👍

Absolutely a was of time .Does not recognise vin Number . And does not recognise peugeot which in aparantly not a European manufacturer .
Absolutely rubbish app.it doesn't even recognise what a renault clio is!!!!.I would have given it no stars if I could have! !!!

European cars yeah you have a choice of 8 no citroen or peugeot! Only use if you have a Audi, Bmw, Mercedes, Mini, Porsche, Saab, Volvo or Vw!
It is pretty much the same as the mobile version of their website. Also runs good on my BlackBerry Z30. Haven't tried the VIN scanner though.
Easy to use,they don't ask too much like some app... I keep it in my Android phone.👌

In the UK. Cannot log on with my correct email and password. Scan a barcode for VIN? What is that about. My VIN is at the bottom right (passenger side) of the front window; no barcode.
"Scan 1000's of parts for your European vehicle"... great, but: 1.) The scanner doesn't work. 2.) My European vehicle isn't one of the 5 brands you cover... despite being one of the most popular makes on the market (Skoda).
Does German cars but not Skoda, which is part of the VAG.
The app doesn't work anymore since the update. As soon as you try to login, it throws an error that says err_cleartext_not_permitted.. On pixel 3 xl. This has been the issue for months now for me.. Tried uninstalling and reinstalling it but doesn't work. Have to use the website to browse and order parts now.. Please address this issue!
