Used to work fine, let me turn on and off change colour, dim lights now it only turns off on and dims with Alex, it won't let Alex change colour I.need to use app.to change colour, PANTS
worthless. couldn't find my devices and error messages gave no help.

Difficult to understand but I got it to work on a lamp. It had to be factory reset as it Just stopped working on my echo after a few days. But I think my partner turned the plug off. Phone app works well.
It works ok as a remote control but as an actual timer it has yet to function. I'm looking for a better app
Avoid this app and associated products. The app is terrible. It crashes, is written in broken English, and doesn't even make sense.
Avoid, avoid, avoid! This app is terrible! Bought smart plugs to work with the amazon dot had them about 2 months, have had nothing but trouble with them had enough! the plugs are about to be lashed in the bin. Also avoid the efamilyplus app that is no better...
It works really well with me easy to set up the only problem is trying to sign in I had to try several times before I could get logged in but after that it works really well and if it does lose the WiFi just have to refresh and then it starts working again I'm really happy with the app it works well for me
It's terrible in every way possible.
Needs more customizable options
This app just does not work when creating a password no matter how many times I have tried when I register it does not recognise any password that you register. I have done this over 20 times now and going by the reviews it looks like a bug somewhere in the app which is useless without the smart buld and no one seems to be doing anything about it either. I will be sending this straight back with a review on Amazon as well. Very disappointed
I have fought with both eFamily and eFamily Plus for 2 hours trying to get 2 lightbulbs to sync. I don't think it can be done on android.
Utter garbage. No matter how many times you input the verification code it says it's invalid, followed by "checks to frequent"
Be aware if your network has 2g or 5g options. The smart socket I bought only recognised the 2g 📶! Not sure if the app or socket at fault, but works well when configured properly. Bear THIS IN MIND
Worked perfect for me. Setup was a breeze. Would be nice if there were shortcut buttons. Sync with Alexa took under 5 minutes. Color changing is pretty awesome.
To set up the app, you need to remember to omit the 0 from the front of your mobile number both on registration and login! This is not explained elsewhere.
Didn't work that well, a reset using the button didn't cure things so did factory reset from app and it works a treat.
Very poor quality and lack of attention to detail. Do not recommend.
App is awful!!! Can't get it to connect to Wi-Fi. Website isn't even valid that is printed inside the instructions in order to get help. Followed instructions over and over and won't connect to any of the 7 Wi-Fi smart switches!
Great app does exactly what I need turns lights on and off and sockets when requested

App works great, easy to register and easy to navigate.
this is very limited, and if try and change password or recover it just will not!!! for gods sake bud please get it sorted out.
Will not work
Avoid at all costs,only connects and works via home WiFi and only if it accepts your WiFi password if it doesn't you've wasted your cash.
Can't even get the app to connect to the device even though I'm putting in the correct Wi-Fi password. 😠
Timer does not work, which is the main reason I bought the damn thing.
Does not work with Google home. Also wants permission to access everything on your phone. Tried efamily cloud but it won't find any of the plugs.
