I basically had a similar issue with the app. I've had it for over a year and quit using the smart plugs due to inherent issues. Started just adding bulbs and watched as they slowly quit responding. Finally, down to one light working I uninstalled it and it still did not work. It isn't so much a question of whether or not I can get it working (for a time) it has more to do with the time I'm wasting having to try to get it to function because of the instability of this worthless app. Trash.

Been using this app for >1yr, then suddenly stops working. Software can't find devices! Can't access account either! So, uninstall, reinstall, now the app won't even start!! Thanks to this rubbish I've wasted loads of money on sockets that won't work anymore! Needs ZERO stars!

This app worked for a couple of years brilliantly but all of a sudden stopped working. Deleted and reloaded and now won't open. So my plugs are now redundant unless there is another software that will work. Anyone?

60 seconds !!!!! to switch screens and log on to my email and get the verification code, what if the email is delayed, 60 seconds !!!!!!!! spent 4 hours trying to set this thing up. think I just wasted £20

Won't open on Samsung, I have 4 lights and plugs that worked fine on my old phone (not Samsung) but the app won't even open after downloading on my new one.

Would give it zero stars if possible. App doesn't work at all on Android phone which renders my smart plugs useless and a waste of money. Avoid at all costs.

App downloads and then fails to open, phone warns that app has frequent crashes. Fails to function at all and has now been uninstalled.

Does this app work with EfamilyCloud by anpei? I have that on my mobile android, but i want to use it on my chromebook... Of course the app is not compatible, but this app does not let me register and doesnt seem to work either...?

Had power cut and lights stopped working. Now the app won't open to be able to reset my plug/lights.

Utterly useless, do not bother. The previous app wasn't great but this one is totally rubbish. It will not even open at all.

I tried downloading because my light is unresponsive and so I try open it and I cannot even open the app to even attempt to fix the issue.

The instructions say it works with Android. The app will not tart on any of my android devices. If I can't get it to work, the bulbs were a waste of money.
