To make a payment I must first transfer to savings? How come I can't use the app to pay my loan directly from a funding source? This is probably more the bank than the actual app. Because they're website is terrible.
I've had this app and used it daily for over a year! Now, it tells me an error has occurred, to call the bank. This is very inconvenient and doesn't make sense how all of a sudden the app doesn't work. Very disappointed UPDATE 3/1/22-App started working for a short time but now doesn't work. I've Uninstalled and reinstalled numerous times. I don't really want to, but may change banks!
Just updated app and all I get is a blank white screen. NOT GOOD!!!success! App fixed. Performs great.
Had this app since it was first created and never had problems until this past year. Now I can't even get the app to open. There is always problems when android phone has an update now. Wish EFCU would fix these problems with their app!
I installed the app about a year ago. It has worked fine, until a few weeks ago. For some reason when I try to log in, I receive a message, "Error, please call for assistance". However, there is no # listed to call. I uninstalled and reinstalled the app, but I am still receiving the same error message. There are several other reviews that state the same problem. Not sure who should fix it, play store or EFCU, but it's clearly a problem and an inconvenience for customers. Please attend to it!
I've been using this app over the course of several years. I just updated my phone to the Samsung Galaxy 22 ultra and the original 22 and the app does not work on this platform would be 5 stars if app was working.
App is once again great! New mobile app revision in October 2021 did not work with my old android version 7.1.1 phone. I upgraded to an Android 10 phone and all is great!
Installed the app try to open app get error message.. uninstalled and reinstalled several times on different days and the same thing. Ugggggh! If I could give it no stars I would. What's the point of mobile banking when the app is defective? Can someone fix this please

Wouldnt even give it a star if It wasnt required to write a review. This app works for about the first week, then proceeds to tell me that an error has occurred and I need to call a number. I uninstall/reinstall and it does the same thing about a week afterwards. been having to do this over and over for the past several months.
App used to work great. Doesn't work at all anymore just shows efcu logo on screen when you click the app and never comes up to login screen just freezes
Exceptional with all my needs. I haven't had any issues. Edit: 6/12/2022 Samsung phones received a new update and it conflicts with the app. It constantly stops responding.
The process for making a transfer from one account to another is flawless. This technology is so smooth and it allows you to 'doubly' make sure that your transaction is what you want it to be, before confirmation.
Your app is not working! There is something wrong. The app is not working. It will not update password, etc. Im just locked out. Help!
Always prompt with transfers, easy to navigate, and when there are issues the banks are quick to resolve them. Could not be more pleased with efcu or their app.
So far this app has not given me any issues. Everything is pretty much self explanitory. I love how it shows your credit score and tips how to make it better. Ive learned a few things just from this app. Thank you.
Mobile deposit app didn't work with Android 11 on One Nord N10 but did work on Sony XZ premium on Android 9. Photo module appears to be unreliable.
Usually works well and fast & clear.. although sometimes it has issues and bugs and things.. it's been better lately.
I find it convenient and helpful. I especially like the feature that allows you to check your credit score from the app.
Everything i need to know is at my fingertips tips this is the best app. If I .forget my password just call efcu and there so friendly and helpful and I'm right na k on line .. . Shannon Is branch manager and she does a great job.
Love this bank, very helpful people, and the app has every option you need to solve any problem. The "call us" app is the best.
It's great when it actually works, unfortunately it seems like I am unable to log in due to some type of error at least 2-3 times a week.
setup a login should be the easiest task yet it's a nightmare. keeps telling me my passwords dont match. cant comment for the rest of the app.
When it works , its great , but more often, it doesnt , than it does lately . Which has posed to be very troublesome . Please fix it
This app a great tool for my needs however the app does not display balances as transactions occur. That is a serious draw back.
This app was working find on my phone when first brought it now telling me a error call the number,I did then uninstall and restall about 4 times still not working.
Pretty handy app, but is definitely missing some features of other banking apps that would have earned a better score.
Cannot log in. "Mobile banking is experiencing intermittent connection issues" is the message that pops up
Getting message, "Application has violated security policies and it will be shutdown" after installing update this morning. Clearing cache, data, and force stopping the app still doesn't fix it, nor does uninstall/reinstall.
