What the heck is wrong with your app that special characters aren't allowed in passwords, you have an unlisted maximum length, and you require frequent password changes. Don't give me the frequent password changes are for security nonsense, because they don't, and they're associated with increasing risk of hacking.
Until about a month or so ago, the app was working fine. But for the past 3-5 weeks, I am unable to use the Find Fuel tool. Doesn't matter if I am using my Samsung Android phone, my iPad, or my laptop PC, every time I attempt a lookup, I get an error message: REQUEST_DENIED No one to report this problem to.
Just downloaded the app as I will soon receive my vehicle. The app looks like it will provide a lot of information on, but currently it constantly pops up that the app is disabled in a moving vehicle... when I am standing still... in my house. If I click okay, it gies away for a minute, but then comes back rendering the app useless.
Couldn't log in multiple times, it locked up my phone and I had to uninstall it. It isn't user friendly, unable to enter personal miles. It automatically defaulted to 1000 miles greater (calculated) and wouldn't let me change it
The app is useful but it is very annoying to use. As soon as you get logged in and are trying to do something it disables it because it thinks you are moving or driving even when your in the office sitting at your desk.
Forced to use for fleet truck. Hit it miss if it will load completely. Have to turn if location for the app or it will not let you use most of it. Only need to input milage.
Constantly says, "App is disabled while vehicle is moving" and I am sitting still in a parking lot. This needs to get fixed to be an effective app.
It is constantly telling me it's disabled while moving when I'm parked. Aside from that it's hard to login as it often just goes around in circles.
Moving the phone causes it to lock down due to movement. Logs you out CONSTANTLY, every week, or few days.
I only use the odometer function so I don't know about the other features but entering New mileage is easy and works perfectly
Every time I use the app it says I can't use it while driving!..... When I'm not driving!
Sucks with crashes. Always tells you your driving when parked

App thinks i am moving, so it blocks me from accessing it, when i am not moving. Piss poor app.
Unable to login with same credentials used online. Keeps throwing an error.

Keeps saying I'm moving when it's in my hand. Way too sensitive location.
These people wastes alot of the employees time. Burden to companies in the long run. Highly recommend letting your employees handle their own maintenance.

For folks that are having a tough time logging in, get in touch with your Enterprise Fleet Management representative. Our app won't load our vehicles in the current version, which is entirely a problem of a different color but I expect that will be resolved soon

Only stays in portrait. Needs to be able to switch to landscape.

I concur with mist other reviews. Terrible password requirements and reset process. Was finally able to reset password and log in on the website, but the app continues to fail to log in. Also, very annoying with the "disabled while vehicle is in motion' feature, especially when walking around the office.
