The idea is great, but bad implementation! registeration is very complicated and after I finished and uploaded all decuments at the end I got notification that the service failed and failed to register many times! So I Uninstalled the app and I use thawani app which a way better! I don't understand here in Oman it's easy to make ideas and make apps but unfortunately it's not done professionally! And I don't understand an app from Omantel is so basic with lots of issues!

The system needs an upgrade. The margin for error in every transaction is unacceptable. I encounter failed transactions after transactions and whats worse it will get deducted from your ewallet. You have to report it to customer service and it will took minimum of 7days and max of 10days to be settled. If you want to pay cashless use ebank transactions instead of this. Too much stress and tension. Not suitable for it was purposely created.

Bad app especially the new update. Firstly: instead of a one time message OTP the app asks for a PIN Code which I did not remember that I used when registered . even choosing to request a new pin there were, many request to be fulfilled in order to verify. Like the name of your first school which I do not remember that I have used as a verification method.. Even when they give me another option of email verification which I verified by clicking the mail I received. without any confirmation OTP. But the second attempt I did received an OTP. But the laughing matter .is when it finally asked me to inter my birth-date. it did not give me a way to choose the: dd/mm/yyyy. However since I was born in the last century I had to go back not by yearly field but by montly field. which means I had to keep pressing for almost over 60 years back.

failed to finish the registration. update1: after it failed to upload and verify my ID , i forced close the app and reopen it. then i logged in with my new account , looks fine so far ..i even topup my wallet and it shows the new balance. update2: after the new update 5mar2019 , uploading profile picture was fixed. also you need to update your FAQs Question no.26.

I had installed one and then uninstalled. today once again I thought of installing with my mobile and email. It asked me a question about my 1st school. when I tried to answer then cant see the tying of my answer. this app needs to really improve if you want to be successful. I am really disappointed by this app makers. I am being generous by giving 1 star. All the best for your next effort.

I like the idea but Am uninstalling it's asking to upload lots of documents... Uae impliment it better without all these documents.. Even bank Muscat wallet is way better After installing it... omantel efloos app is useless carrefour don't know how to use it and I can't even send the money back to my bank account not even pay omantel bill 😅 Even call center don't know how can I use it... Sending money in international remittance is a waist of time, i send how many time but alway error came. I wonder if it is not yet activating the international remittance service. If it does, then its a great app to use sending money outside oman.

I am using this app for the first time. I have been trying to to register this but not happening for multiple Times. Each time the response is experiencing some issue in connection please try later.

I've tried many times to register myself on efloos but it failed again and again. Same error is showing (provide correct side of image) but I already provide image as per requirement.

Very bad experience. I did 1 transaction on 4 may still not credited to my bank account. Trying to connect with call center but not able to connect

I can't upload image which is the part of registration process. Why there is a bug in registration process. How we can trust further. Also do anyone know whether this app can allow us to send money to Indonesia

I won't take a selfie with my ID. There are a hundred ways to have a secure authentication that are faster and more convenient.

Your registration process looks like the US clearance government process... (why should I send you a selfie while holding my residence card!?) this is just a payment app. good luck trying to get customers in. Meanwhile, app uninstalled.

very bad experience in registering. such as entering date of birth very complicated also asking un necessary access to gallery and other files which are not related .

a lot of info required for the kyc which complicates the registration process. And they want a "selfie" for the registration. Not accepting oman post epost PO Box address. Uninstalled.

Sounds like the application was released without testing! Many bugs that make me afraid to keep it. You guys are working with money, not developing a game! Uninstalled.

after getting money, where is the transfer to bank accounts? are we expected to use it in this app? why we need to unregister from ewallet services, since you are not giving the right replacement?

Trouble to registering the efloos app.. i installed it 3 days ago and till trying to registering... everything i filled and when i upload my recent picture a pop up come that something went wrong please try again.. i tried more than 100 time.. may be i am just wasting my time.

date of birth is complicated with rolling calander , it should be years, months are listed in a list for easy choose instead of spending minutes rolling back calander.

Don't waste your time guys! After ten days of registration still shows "pending verification". Uninstalling.

I couldn't get through the verification process because it says my national id is invalid, and my security question answer is in two words and it doesn't let me put a space between words ..

Easy to deposit but the problem is, some wrong data exist, now i cant do transfer money at ewallet this new update fix the system plss..

Sad from a large Telecom Company. Waiting a good 15min for the verification code to arrive. And still didn't. Decided to uninstall it. Good luck.

Pathetic app...no proper complain portal...omantel call center staff not willing to support and rsther say there is problem goig with the app....no timeline for resolution...app gets corrupted often.....invalid input error coming since more than a month...

Am so disappointed with this app is not working. And I added 200 riyal to send home. But can't send. How brings back my money.

Cant make registration. After uploading photos , i cant edit name or birth date . And sure u cant press continue So u get stuck
