Nice transport app. Just one request please also improve cab location. It's not show exact location.
Only the scanning module isn't intelligent enough to scan the QR in dim light, rest all good.
I am unable to install it due to system error "something went wrong" I tried it so many times but still get same result.
Awesome app, you can do all you want, like scheduling your roster, pick up , n drop, cancel and the best thing is very consumer friendly...
Unable to login to this app. It throws me out citing error "something went wrong"
App interface is good. However, there are certain areas to work on. 1) Sometimes after ending a trip, when we try to give a feedback. It doesn't goes through and shows an error. 2) Also, it never shows the exact location of the cab. It always lacks from the actual position of the cab.
After installing this app ,log in interface is not showing and please wait is displaying repeatedly .
This app more secure & realiable as it provides useful cab facilities features & inputs.
Drop should not scheduled for metro users..I have to cancel manualy every time
Good user interface of this app some update are need to be happens like we can't see our co passengers and TAT of pick and drop time is to high for pickup it should be 6 hours before and for drop it should be 3 hours before and the major update is that we can't schedule drop for entire week.
This app suck!!!! Booking a cab selecting each n every steps but not booked.
It's nice app for booking cab it's not take so much time that's why I like very much this app.
Worst application. Tracking never works. Even the maps are not updated. If you don't have the proper functionality to get the proper arrival time what's the use of including in the app. The tracking is the worst feature. Seriously so many bugs. Needs major updation.
I keep getting a connection timeout error. Everytime I face this issue the only fix I see is re-installing the app. But that cannot be a a solution. I also faced the issue of being automatically unrostered for a day both pick n drop. This app needs a lot of updates and bug fixes, as we associates depend on it for details of our cabs.

App is good,but the QR code scanning needs to improve .Half of the times it doesn't work only
App is getting worse day by day... Location isn't working, sometimes it doesn't show that pick up or drop status. If you booked a cab sometimes it cancels automatically.. so yeah, a pretty great adventures trip it's going to give you.... you are waiting for your cab but boom no cab booked, or you did scan the QR code and still #NOSHOW , please fix the bugs ..
Worst experience!! I have used the app for 6 month in my current company but than one day got the app updated and it logout me out and since than have been trying to login, it has been more than a week but no sucess... As instructed by Transports team have changed pasword from desktop, uninstalled the app still not able to login.
I have updated the recent version of this app few days back since then it is not working in my phone (Android). It is getting stucked when I click on 'On board' option and I am not able 'On board'. New version of this app is worst, please fix the issue as soon as possible.
There are several negetive points but sharing only one. It allows you to book a cab for pickup for entire week but does not allow the same for drop. You have to do it daily and if you forget, transport team is not going to help you. They dont arrange cab and suggest you to use public transport even in this covid environment. Pathetic experience.
Since the app was updated I am unable to roster through it. I have to use the website and if I need to make any changes outside office I am unable to. It is extremely inconvenient. Moreover, it has become extremely slow since the update.
🐞🐞🐞🐞🐞 never tells the correct location of driver. when you book cab if u change the date the selection, pickup drop changes automatically. it should show only valid dates, rest should be read only, which should be allowed, after selecting it shows msg only 8 days are allowed again the date and pickup-drop resets. You hv to do everything again.
After the recent update, the app is not working in samsung s9. It keeps stucked when I tried to click on board to scan. Earlier it used to work completely fine. I already reinstalled and restarted my phone but still no help. Last update is actually a downgrade. Please check on priority and fix. Thanks
It took me approx 15minutes to onboard and offboard the cab. After that, to skip the survey i had to repeatedly click yes or no several times. This is seriously not helping for my convenience. Tried uninstalling and installing multiple times as well.
Zero rating for this useless app. App have tracking page which is a joke, its like a screenshot of a car on map everytime when a trip has started and always give wrong ETA. Only thing this app do is scanning for location in background and sucks battery.
I cannot update my address in app. the geocoded location is incorrect and doesnt allow to edit. The Gps is inaccurate. i have to refresh everytime to find the location of the cab. App should allow us to update address and roster update for a week instead of one by one
poor interface and worst experience. Manier times shows incorrect information and feedback is there just for the sake of formality since no action is being taken on it for months now. In all a useless application which we have to use compulsorily.
worst tracking app I have ever seen. I have never find it useful.Tracking never works, live tracking never shown in this.Calls often wont go from app.Feedback option works once in a while. All in all good for nothing.
Have some bugs specifically on the booking confirmation, it wasnt pleasing as it was returning json format output, please fix this. Also I cannot see my whole booking schedule if it is more than 7 days. in Apple it was loading but in Android it was't. In Apple it crashes automatically as well.
So far so good. Yes, I find this app user friendly except for the GPS of vehicle location which is misleading at times. Also even before the driver reaches my pick up point, the app states that the vehicle has reached the pick up point much to one's dismay. This needs to be corrected otherwise yes..... it's user friendly. Thanks....
