efood delivery

It's a good app and I use it frequently. Although I would like for it to be more responsive, the search functionality needs improvement, although I understand it's hard for it to be efficient on all the shop integrations and different naming conventions every shop has. Another thing is the basket to be cached for a period of time if you're choosing from several different shop or in case you make a pretty big purchase and you have to do it all over again. And lastly the rewards system.

Keeps getting slower and slower. The app freezes, the delivery time is always off but at least it is visually pleasing.

The app is great, but many times I've ordered, the order either comes late then the recommend time or items are missing, also they accept your order and then call you 5 mins later to say they don't have the item, why accept the order in the first place. Plus efood use to give you a discount coupon if you have any issues, this has stopped now and I've not had any for a while, but still seem to have the same issues for the pass 3 years.

So far I have been very pleased with the efood service. People speak English and the deliveries seem to be much more reliable than deliveries for other goods.

Always late but they always somehow make it up, employees are really nice but i don't joke when it comes to food and now I'm starving because of a McDonald's order that took over 1h30 min and i canceled it, even though it showed 20 min at the beginning

Even though it's easy and fast to use, I hate how some stores have a ridiculously high price limit (most of the times with extra delivery costs) which always takes away the incentive to tip the delivery guys. However, there are good deals and I like that I can now have more detailed info on delivery time in some stores. I'm not giving it 5 stars because of what happened earlier this year.

In the States, Spain, and Singapore I loved being able to have food delivered to my door; but sadly eFood doesn't make it possible for everyone in Crete. Like many here, I live on an unnamed road with no house number and eFood will only automatically find the address down the road. The ability to use a Google Maps or similar to mark a residence would make this app usable by so many more people.

It's quite a joke to give you point (roubies) every time you order from specific Cafes,restauranta tc and gives you only a month to redeem them. Actually since I'm not ordering that often I have never manage to get a discount. So the whole point system is useless for me and for many of my friend that we have talk about it.

Keeps telling me I need a verification pin but never sends it even after selecting resend.

I've ordered 20 times within two months and had an issue with my last order and realized how terrible the UI and indication in troubleshooting is. Also, I should congratulate you on the excellent coding of hard defaulting to Google Chrome when linking PayPal.

Keeps sending notifications even after you opt out.

It's a very convenient app and works quite well. I would like it to additionally have the feature to split tabs with friends within the app, when more than people order from the same phone. Furthermore, I also believe it would be a nice to be able to view your total cost of the deliveries etc and the company to apply a reward system for some milestones. People would have an additional reason to be loyal to the app whereas this is not the case now.

Very good app, I use it a lot and it has very good deals. I would like thought to suggest some more features that it would be very useful: 1) Blacklist of restaurants. I have try some, I did not like them and I just have to memorize them. It would be helpful if somehow mark them. 2) Rating on restaurants menu items. As above, when I taste something from a restaurant I would like somehow to note my experience. If I like it or not, in order to avoid or order again. Thanx

I love this app, if you are hungry just open efood and order whatever you want. Firstly you can type the the name of the place you want to order of. Secondly it is really cheap and it comes after 20 - 30 minutes. Also it is really good to order when you are with friends or family. As we know, food = love ♥︎ haha... Have a 𝓃𝒾𝒸𝑒 day,or night

As an app is very good but lately it keeps freezing and does not open the stores. Even if I restart the app several times it does not open after address selection or after I choose a shop. Sometimes the problem is fixed if I turn the data off and on again. Please fix this problem because it happens more and more often.

The app is pretty great, but since the company is mistreating its workforce people in Greece are trying to boycott it. Update: Boycotting eventually stopped after the company altered their "mistake". As I said before, overall it is a great app. Only drawback I can think of is an issue I've experienced with finding my address when my residence is outside the city (plan).

Convenient app but you cannnot see your status of your order, contact your driver or know the estimated time. These features are basic to a delivery app. Otherwise you can just call them

Efood is an app with cheap prices and discounts but the estimates for the restaurant are over extended when I order at 3 in the morning and they come after 40 minutes that's unacceptable when i order from wolt they always take between 20-25 minutes max and they added also delivery cost as it goes this app gets worse

Terrible app to use. Quite disfunctional Says 3 open shops you open the tab and they are now 2. After that goes back to 3 and the shop is closed for some reason right now. Nowhere to post bugs. The rating system is terrible. Even when you vote bad for a shop just because the delivery guy was fast and good they will go from to 3 stars?? Definitely need to make the order's ETA more precise instead of waiting 30 minutes for nothing. Needs a rethink as an app and probably think its employees policy

The truth is that box did it better with the discounts but its an over all great app tbh I expected more with more offers and stuff. The thing that destroyed this great app is that people can not see reviews so we dont know what are we eating. Many great shops in thessaloniki arent there so thats a problem Φτιαξτε το app μαγκες

Customer service is really quick and friendly, delivery time is also great app is a lil slow but other than that it is great

Simply disappointing. They send me a message my order is confirmed & will be delivered in 35 min. After AN HOUR they called saying that it was impossible to contact the restaurant & they have to cancel my order. After an hour.!! (ps I couldn't find a way to write a review anywhere in Google or their platform, where there is only the option to rate the restaurants not the app, so I had to reinstall the app to rate them) Totally not worthy!

🌈😘🙌 💘💘💘💘💘💘 Been member since 2018, never had a problem. There is an efood phone number & developers to email. If someone is wise, has an incident, be proactive & communicate in a timely fashion, the service efood provides is also resolved quickly. I'm shocked how spoiled & shameful some members are on this app. FYI. I like the service efood provides. I recommend efood for intelligent people. 😘 Since Dec 2021, been experiencing difficulty w/ my debit card, today efood accepted it? Why??
