Lots of nice shoes but terrible application. Sometimes it is not working. Sometimes it is just impossible to check your orders, returns, to register a return, to open your basket. And sometimes, when you are choosing the items, putting in the basket, something happens, that all is deleted! Similar with favorites. When I was complaining, they asked me to renew application! It is the newest version and there is no more of updates!!! Shoping is not a pleasure at all!
Doesn't work properly. Doesn't connect with account from webpage. For example right now shows that I have 70 items I like, but doesnt show them..
good app but it takes a lot of time to load most pages, there is alot of shoe variations which is quite good, but it starts bugging when using filters or just viewing a shoes
I press Order and Pay and nothing happens; I cannot submit and pay the order. After I switch the language and shop, it worked.
I like eobuv.cz I have bought most of my shoes in this shop. However, this app is annoying when scrolling pictures of current model to the left. It's closing most of time after second picture. I found out borring to use this application. Eobuv need to improve this. I will uninstall and I will use normal Web.
Cant add or remove anything from favorites. It removes and then appears back. Nothing seems to solve it.
App is okish. I have a problem that saw an offer and I payed it but the item actually was not available and after 3 months I still didn't received my money back. After a lot of emails and promises.
The application is unusable. - Cant add anything to my cart. - On the cart page I constantly get an error. (its imposible to order anything) - It logs me out every time. - Cant apply promo code. - During checkout the page just crashed. (Imposible to order)
disappointed, the app is rather slow at times. looks like it was developed years ago and not properly updated to today's standard. the shop/listing looks and works fine, however I was not able to complete a purchase with PayPal. I attempted it twice and both times it got stuck at the PayPal loading screen. also there's no option of contacting customer service through the app
I am usually a big screen fan when online shopping, but the had an incentive of an extra discount if the order was placed through the app. And the app wasn't working, huge disappointment. Tried several times and finally gave upp and sent the order through the webpage. I inform them and ask for the price difference and the anser was that the app is now working. Disappointed again by they meek answer.
Excepting the favourite button, which is useful, I don't like the app. The most annoying thing is that when pressing back button, all the filters previousely selected are removed and you have to do the same work again to have the filtered results. To be honest, I prefer to use the website.
need an english language option .l have to google translate everything on the app l do not know how to change the application to english . But overally its good and the services are good

I see sales and discounts on the localized site that are available only in app, but my country isn't available in the delivery section of the app.
Currently broken - first time run (and every subsequent run), the app freezes during startup, never getting past the initial splash screen. Reinstalls, cache clears, etc. no effect. - currently running on a Oneplus 7 Pro, Android 11. The app is getting the lowest possible score for quite simply not actually working.
Any coupons that I wanted to introduce were not accepted. I am not talking about random coupons from the internet, but the coupon for subscribing to the newsletter, coupon code which was sent to my email by the company. Another coupon was for the first buy on the website. That was also not accepted and for both I was meeting the requirements. I think that the coupons are just a trick to get you to the point of buying, thus a scam.
Poor. Lots of errors (lags, the product cannot be downloaded in your cart, check your connection etc), but my connection was perfectly fine. Bad navigation too (you would expect to find the shopping basket on the top right corner, but in on the bottom page, in line with other 4-5 icons.
I had been very pleased with the app until recently when I had to transfer all information on the new device. Since then I am not able to log in. The app either crashes or just cannot reopen. There is no way from that point to ask for a forgotten password or whatever else. Or at least I can't find one.
There is no possibility to add Lithuania as delivery country :(
Favourites section is not updating at all. Ive been trying to empty it for a year and it finally happen by during that time did not save anyting. Now its empty and again not saving what i liked. Its totally annoying. Last time to use.
They offer 10% discount on first purchases but it doesn't work
Extremely dissapoineted. The app doesn't work on Android phone! It's the second time I'm trying to install the app. When I open it and type my password it closes the app while I'm typing. It's being 2 months since this has happen and today I tried again... the bug was not fixed.
This app is a joke. I selected the country, logged in and imediately received a message that something went wrong. Tried several times, the same thing. Finally managed to log in, added some shoes in the shopping cart, went to check out and again the error message appeared. Tried to look in the app settings and received error mesaages about not finding the webpage. Seems there are serious problems with this app.
