This app stopped working on my pixel android phone where it use to run correctly. Now when you start the app, it just hangs on the opening splash screen and does not move foward even after removing & reinstalling. Their other APP WexConnect does work but when you look at the map of stations in area, it defaults showing you info cards on top of the map and the info cards takes up 2/3 of the screen and cannot be turned off. making using this app also useless. They should have users test their apps more ofter. The WexConnect does keep track of your purchases and provides good info but that is about it.

The update to WEX from EFS sucks. (For lack of a better term!) The "improved" fuel finder, in who's opinion???? 1. The mileages from current position to fuel stop are usually WAY OFF, 2. Each time you click on a location from the list, when trying to return to the list, it takes you back to the find along route page. 3. There is no longer a time frame from last price update. 4. You can no longer zoom in to get a satallite view of the station. This is all it will let me list!

Horrible new update. Old version was much better. New doesn't pick up my location, (yes, I checked permissions) When you click on find fuel, old version gave you instant locations/prices. Now I have to click another button and wait. If you want to check the route, you have to enter current location. As a OTR driver, that's constantly changing and 99% of the time, I have no clue what town I'm rolling through. There was nothing wrong with the old version! And now I totally dislike the new one.

Find Fuel is a terrible mess. The mileage to the fuel stop is hundreds of miles off from the actual route mileage. It says I'm 267 miles away, but by the same route on Google Maps I'm actually 506 miles away. The speed of find fuel stops has been crippled by the new design by their updated GUI. Thankfully, they went back to allowing general cities for input, but this "new and improved" app is far from improved. It just looks pretty, but lacks functionality.

There are some really obvious features that are lacking. The app already uses Google maps. So you should be able to switch to satellite view so you can see how to get into a place or if it's suitable for trucks without changing apps. You should also be able to disable including tax in the fuel price, as that doesn't matter except for reefer fuel. Overall the app is also just slow and buggy. Pretty disappointed.

the last version of this app was very difficult to use. To many steps, and when you get to the map you have to keep clicking and zooming. I would like to be able to see the map locations for the entire country, and zoom in on the are I want. I knew an update was coming. The new 1 is worse. Who designed this? Did anyone test it, ask for feedback? All & all terrible!

The appearance is better, but operationally, it's worse. I don't like how it auto zooms when looking for fuel. You can only set the radius to 25 miles. I wish it was more natural, like the previous version. Let me search the map without the radius limit and auto zooming. Also the prices on the map are all mashed together. I wish I could revert back to the old version.

Absolutely horrible. They completely changed it taking something very user friendly and made it very user unfriendly. It was very easy to find fuel stops and prices along an entire route or anywhere. Now it's near impossible to find anything except in my immediate area. It also only shows a fraction of the fuel stops it did. I drive the same routes all the time and am very familiar of what used to be available.

Lib. L. Feb 9, 2022

Once again an app that was really good, after an update is now horrible! What happened to the map? There is no map! Now to route fuel stops it requires specific address for destination. Previous edition you can go from city to city. Half or more are inaccurate for locations. The "upgrade" I woud have suggested to previous is to filter specific truck stops like Trucker Path app. If it ain't broke don't fix it! Bring back previous EFS app!

Cor. K. Mar 7, 2022

The app is useless after the revision. Fingerprint login no longer works. The "find fuel" is ridiculous! Why waste time entering an exact address? I just want prices from one city to the next. It doesn't have all of the available locations. Magically all of the Loves between Little Rock and Dallas no longer exist?? PLEASE FIX THIS! 3/7/22 MUCH BETTER! The search nearby still needs to go back to the original where we could move the map to any location and expand or contract to find prices.

This new app that replaced EFS card control seems to be slightly more streamlined, however some of the features of the new app don't seem to be working properly. I've tried many different ways to put in a city and state and/or address city and state for my profile, and it doesn't seem to accept it. Additionally when trying to find fuel by route, it does not seem to recognize and or accept any form of putting in an address and/or city and state to be able to find a route and fuel along the route

Total garbage. When this app went from EFS to what it is now, it became useless. You can't read the addresses because the lines overlap. And they added cat scale locations, why is beyond me, cat scale has their own app and a real truck GPS will also list cat scales, so this app having it is stupid. When you want to see the address of a stop but you want a different stop, you have to wait while the app repopulates your route, also stupid. Going to uninstall this app, not worth having.

Dav. P. Mar 30, 2022

The app used to be OK. Not anymore. The 25 miles limit on search area has made it very frustrating. Frustrating enough that the mediocre discounts are no longer worth the hassle. I think a new fuel card purchase program will be in the cards for the next quarter. Your development teams sucks and, is going to cost you a customer.

TLa. Feb 14, 2022

Supposed to be improvement over the EFS app, but in reality it's functionality is a massive step backwards. Every negative adjective out there can be applied to decribe this atrocious mess. I don't accept "just need to adjust" excuse. Fuel search is AWFUL, have to input address vs just city (really dumb), less station info; can't do local search by zoom size, slow and sticks. I could go on and on. This is costing me TIME (a.k.a. money.) Please, give us the old ugly EFS app back.

Ric. B. Mar 1, 2022

It doesn't include all major travel centers in a given route. To create that route, it needs a specific entire address, not just a town or city as before. You can only search travel centers around you or a route with all the issues mentioned above. Definitely a drawback from the previoys app.

Neb. K. Feb 18, 2022

Design is nicer than previous app. 1* down for the fuel receipt change. When you open receipt, before you could see name of the city and state at the very top, now not. Its making harder for IFTA filling for owner operators, this new model where that information is missing. 1* down, harder to do search than before. Now you need full address in order to get proper autofill recommendations, before it was enough just a destination city to add as a route stop. So far, thats mine first impressions.

Gay. V. Feb 26, 2022

Update:(2/17/2022); I discovered that you cannot paste addresses into the address field, you have to type it in, as you type, it will start finding the location. Then you can select the address from the list of address options. (giving another star). (original post) How are you suppose to find fuel along a route? How about an example on how to put in a "valid" address. Your help certainly has no example. The EFS app simply let you put in city and state.

Cla. M. Feb 9, 2022

This new update is trash. The fuel map doesn't work, the app takes forever to load into every new screen, the app crashes regularly and it seems to have lost most of its usability. Great work designing a good clean looking platform, but can we please make it work properly. This is potentially costing me money at every fillup.

A. U. Feb 10, 2022

When looking at the transaction history please put the fueling location address, city, and state information back. Update: do not trust the map locations they are way off. You should allow a user to to suggest an edit to locations pin drops on the map. Like Google maps does. Suggest Pilot #1145 is a mile from it's actual location. A few other places will put trucks in the city where they are forbidden.

Jos. F. May 26, 2022

It doesn't recognize the difference between a withdrawal transaction and a refund deposit. Constantly holding on to preauthorized transactions way too long. Transfers to bank accounts take days, yet withdrawal for purchases takes seconds.

Kim. M. Feb 22, 2022

I hate what you have done to this app! It used to be easy to maneuver but you've gone in and made things more difficult to you now it does it has to have a full address before you can even get a routing I personally like this going to the city say I'm going somewhere and making City it's making City not the address of where I'm going! Put it back it was easier to use!

Ty. H. Apr 5, 2022

Now takes forever to load , price locater is terrible *the limit of range is 25 miles if not using route search*,navigation of app counterintuitive & awkward. This doesn't feel like an upgrade at all. Scrap this junk, get you money back from the developer & hire someone to just *tune up* the old app. How much time & $ did ya'll waste on this? I really hope someone did not get KUDOS or a bonu$ for pitching this at the big bois office. Thanks for making it harder out here!

You MISLED and LIED to everyone who used the previous app which you removed for UNKNOWN reasons... 1st this "new" app is not new at all, it's been on the Google store since 2017, it's not more interactive in any way, most of the older app options are not existent on this one! There are 2 options for searching fuel, first one is limited to 25 miles radius and the second is not working at all...Great job! 👏 I'm searching for a different fuel card and I suggest to everyone else to do the same...

Mat. H. Mar 12, 2022

App crashes with every single press of my screen, retail fuel prices are 100% inaccurate, ive called every gas station I've been interested in to verify, so why would I trust the discount price... WITHOUT A DOUBT THE WORST EXPERIENCE WITH AN APP IVE EVER HAD SINCE THE SMARTPHONE WAS INVENTED!!! I wish a could select negative 3 stars I use a GalaxyS21 ULTRA so its definitely a software issue! Send me a link so I can go back to the previous version please!

Jes. 6. Mar 28, 2022

Barely usable! App needs an update! Some Loves don't show up. After doing a route search when you tap on a location in the result, why do I have to tap several times to get info on that stop? Your card number needs to be saved in your profile. User should only have to reenter the number if he/she gets a new card. In search the user should be able to set their own search radius when looking for fuel near them, why is 5miles the only choice? Update your app and I'll update my review.

Jos. P. Mar 13, 2022

Not being able to see fuel prices until I tap near me or use an address really drags this app down. They have the lowest price in an area function, zooming out on a route proves that, now enable fuel prices over the entire map to be seen and only keep the route function, because the 25mi proximity will become useless once you bake in this superior feature that your competition has had since the inception of their app.

Chr. F. Mar 14, 2022

I despise this "update". Harder to read, laid out poorly, clunky, counter intuitive, data scattered everywhere, no central screen for quick reference. You should fire your entire user interface team, the project managers and any executives that signed off on this garbage. Downright insulting to those of us that use it. I want to roll back to the previous version. Unbelievable.

Ric. O. Mar 8, 2022

I like much better the old way to find fuel prices, this new version is more difficult, some can't see the price because is covered with the scale. I like the old way to search.

Dha. S. Feb 12, 2022

The previous app has the option to search fuel price on the route just by entering city and state. In this app we can't search by city name. Previous app has option to move map and search price. This app doesn't have. Please add these options if you can. Thank you...

Gar. M. Mar 14, 2022

Don't like the new setup. It's useless now for checking fuel prices. Can only put a city or have it route you. I run LTL route and they made it harder to search shop for where I want to stop. It is set up for a stirring wheel holder company driver. Also can print out monthly statements any more. Or at least I have not found out how get a monthly statement now. Ho ever set this up this app had no clue how some of.
