You suck...... I could see my multiple cards efs and fleet one. Now I can only see one card on card control. And carrier control doesn't even open. Who is the JACKASS that couldn't leave well enough alone????????? It didn't need to be changed. Now you made it worse you MORONS
I guess it sucks; everybody I've read says so and I can't even open it, can't setup the password or get anywhere.
Well it started giving problems log in. Then when I got that fixed it will no longer use my fingerprint.
Comprehensive and simple yet efficient app.
App freezes up half to force restart fingerprint no longer works. Search options are useless. Put the app back the way it was before "update" it actually worked then.
The app doesn't use the fingerprint to log in. I've checked the box. Set it up and each time it is asking for password. Very inconvenient.
I liked the old version better. They is no dashboard to see info quickly, where you can get your account balance. Very clunky, do not like at all.
Need to be able to print on paid invoices. Call it something else besides child pay. How stupid. Transaction only 3 day search. Why so hard to search for longer? Just think this could be better.
Should have better tested it before rollout. You know what a test environment is? It costs money and time but is indispensable for a sensitive App like this. Remember? You are dealing with the money of other people!
App need improvement!!! What is point of this card if I need to call and be on line for st least 30 min just to reload card? Cant u guys allow fleet do it online? Also, its bot allowing me to add drivers and units
Been a good app to get the money I have factored. Quick and fairly easy. Doesn't cost much to transfer my funds to my business account.
Just downloaded for weekend work. Another coworker already has but when I just downloaded my version doesn't have all features and we both have android.
Every te I go to log in I have to wait for a security code and about sick of it...and you updated the app and it sucks....it's very difficult to use
It sucks I can't get my pay information without calling customer service and putting n my entire card #. You should have left things alone
App sucks, customer service is terrible, worked a week submitting multiple invoices finally after 10 days got paid for 1 only and the fricking APA wont open. Merry Fricken Christmas!
Keeps telling me my Username or Password is wrong but it isn't. Log's in on the web perfectly.
Need instruction on how to proceed a "T" check, how to add drivers/cards, step by step instructions how to create and disburse funds to drivers card. Just give you an app and say go play.
The App doesnt work, please allow us to keep using the old one, why fix what isnt broken
Is not showing how much money left in the account , like did before. Is not showing balance on the card.
The efs interface expesially the web version is clunkier than windows 95.
App Sucks/completely uselesswon't load any account info. Uninstalled and reinstalled, no change.
Constant problems logging in. Can log into website with no problem but not the app.
Not user friendly irritating trying to use with new updates.

I've only had this app a couple of weeks and it truly does suck. It seems like the folks that work on this app would read all the negative reviews and do something to fix all the problems. I'm constantly having to put in information that I've already put in. Constant freezing and shutting down. Not user friendly at all.
