I find it funny that people will give a bad rating to an app because they can't get it to work but it works perfectly for others, like me, I love it, I can issue a money code in less than 30 seconds. THANKS for the great app.

Looking for a mobile way to update cards, found an app that I cannot access due to security code issues. When I was able to access, it was sluggish. Ideas include being able to bypass the security code, an easier interface, and card links so I don't need to have cards memorized. Also, the speed of the program should be faster when 4g is available.

Followed all directions on brochures even called the number on the card twice and got support. Still can't access the mobile app. Have an LG G3 Android. Please help!!!

No option to not include the transaction fee in money codes. I always have to add $1.75 to each check before I issue it. It's SUPER SLOW! Sometimes it's super fast but never when I need it to be. Fix the money code fee and better rating from me. Once a money code is issued, there's no way to text it to a driver or send it via email. I have to get my pen and paper out anyway! Useful while on the go but time consuming....better to just call the number and follow the prompts since Ineed a pen and paper regardless.

Card lookup needs improvement. It's easier to search by X-REF rather then last five digits of the card.
