I had a few issues with their reservations. I called each time but they didn't fix anything and blew me off within minutes. They didn't include my hotel membership points or add breakfast to the reservation. I tried canceling within30 min of making the reservation and they charged me 450.$. I will not be using this company every again. I do NOT recommend this company at all. You're better off calling the hotel directly. Save your money.

Super convenient. Great app to make travel arrangements. Use it primarily for work, but it makes traveling for work so much easier.

Egencia has its limitations. You must fly some airline out and back to book round trip. Otherwise if 2 different airlines used due to cost or times you must book 2 separate reservations.

I'm using the app for business purposes, it's easy to use,works well, it's sincronised to my email calendar.

Totally useless now due to my card company requiring 2 factor purchase confirmation the app crashes when this happens asked for help got none!

Quite practical ! It is only unfortunate that you cannot retrieve easily train tickets via this application.

Choosing times doesn't work, keeps saying please choose departures time which I have selected but doesn't continue, I do the same thing on an iPhone it works but doesn't on this?

easy to book, perfect for cpmpanies

The single most useless and buggy app on my phone. I only use it because I have to. Crashes a dozen times while using it. Doesn't sign in using SSO pretty much all the time. Throws in weird error messages. URLs that don't work. They could not make it worse if they tried.

Very user-friendly interface

Worst corporate travel booking of all time backed up by an awfully incompetent organization. Mobile app is severely hampered by lacking features and inability to make changes to existing itinerary compared to website. Terrible filtering options for flights. Hotel rates are higher than going straight to hotel sites, often are non refundable and prepaid without loyalty putting, which makes no sense for a business traveler. Alerts and notifications by this app are often too many but too late.

Collects the most important travel information at one place with clear and easy access – given that you've booked the entire trip through Egencia. In the cases where Egencia cannot help you, e.g. for checking in for your flight, they still point you in the right direction and provide links when possible. A smooth and helpful overall experience.

I have had the app installed for 2 days and I have tried multiple times at various times in the day to log into my account and I consistently get "unable to connect to network" error. When using my browser on my phone, I can login no problem.

I'm heavily dependent on egengia for work. I've never needed to book a train on the go, but I consistently need to book a car when I'm looking for flights. Yet guess which of these is an option from the app?

Basic functionality. Works okay to view travel plans. Booking simple travel is fine, but not for power users. Can't rename a trip, can't change a flight, no widget.

This App is amazing, it does everything for you, including reminder on when to board, when to pick up bags especially as soon as the online checking in system is ready, wow you are notified, O tend to forget and this helps me a lot.

It's a bad app that does not understand basic needs of a business traveller. Does not differentiate between someone travelling for a few days and a few week. Recommends rooms with facilities to self cook in a hotel that offers no lunch nor dinner. It does not understand project codes and recommend hotels. It instead says 40% of your companies employees booked here. Plain stupid. A business traveller needs a hotel that located centrally to all restaurants with other economical facilities.Sick app

I use this for business travel, but depending on who books my travel at my company, my trip may or may not appear. Very frustrating, and getting it sorted has caused me to miss out on selecting my seats on some very long flights.
