Website works well but I can't log into the app using my pixel 3. It just hangs on the loading screen. It worked once for me but now it never does. Please fix this. The last app update was on June 14, 2019 so seems like they don't care about their app anymore.
There is always an issue to login. I'm not sure if the app is a pull down of the online webpage, but it checks for security images and even after selecting correct images as per the description of the images, we are not about to login to our accounts. This is not working. Please look into it
Can't log into the app but can log into the website on my phone or computer browser just fine. App is useless and of course, customer service was zero help.

Easy to use... paid for my giftcard with PayPal then PayPal sent me a text my purchase with eGifter may be suspicious. My purchase was valid.
Don't download this app, I assumed it would work but it takes hours to even open the app,, its not worth the time... 😞
Won't let me log in anymore so it's useless. Am able to use website so I know it's not my credentials.
3 times I have bought gift cards using ltc, and 3 of those times egifter claims the transaction came up .03cents short. Super annoying
It shouldn't take 20 mins for the code to verify your number to show up, but that's how long it takes

This company is a scam. They will steal your cryptocurrency. It's been 24 and my transactions have been verified 634 times. They will lie and tell you it's their 3rd party payment processor. Don't believe them. Don't download

The idea behind this app is really cool. I only downloaded it because it said I could buy Xbox gift cards with my Google Play balance. Unfortunately Google pay is not an option for a form of payment at checkout. Maybe I'm doing something wrong.
