UPDATE (old review below): For those running Android 6.0 and under, don't bother with this as the OS is not supported. This revelation came from tech support. I will be uninstalling. OLD REVIEW: App quits after loading. This is the exact response I got in the beta version (which I guess is now this one). Makes me wish I backed up the old version.

This is a really unfriendly app. I stayed logged in as I had read the previous reviews. Unfortunately it didn't help. Couldn't log on as wouldn't recognise my pin. After various attempts I tried resetting my password. Verification code 'expired' when using, then an invalid email address error. I've given up.

App updated and now requires min 12 characters, banking doesnt even require this. Now no history stored from previous version and wont save card details even though screen pops up to say saved successfully as tried to make payment and said no card stored and then an error message, did notice the little rotating circle kept going. Tried entering in to save it 3 times and same thing however looking at profile shows saved 3 times, so some issue to be resolved. Should have tested before releasing.

When I open the app, the first page with the Bible verse comes up but then it closes. I am trying to alter my details but can't even get into the app. I uninstalled it and then installed it again but the same thing is happening. I tried emailing the address below but it was returned also. When I uninstall, does that stop my payments?

Have used this app for two years without a glitch until this new update. Now I can no longer access, my email address no longer works. Set up code sent to email never arrives. Poorly done update unfortunately...

There is no cancellation button of schedule payment in the app. However one can go to a website and can cancel it. But, IMHO It would be so much better if you add this button in the app too.

Have found this app completely frustrating, and very, very very poor. Basically I can do nothing. It will not allow me to be read terms and conditions, and reports it can not send an sms. I usually give tithes and offering (for my Mum and myself separately ), via eGiving on google search but this website reports an error occurred while processing my request. Looks like I'm holding on to my Tithes and offerings till church opens some time next year. Very poor.

This app recently updated and now won't let me login no matter how many times I reset my password or verify my email address. Note to developers: if it's not broken don't fix it......uninstalling app.

Very intuitive UI, I just wish they would declare what encryption method they are using on this app. I hope it is a minimum 128 Secure Socket Layer

Website is much better. This app will only accept credit card payment. The website will accept direct debit, credit card, BPay. Until this app can utilise BPay function, I'll have to stick with the website.

I couldn't use it and not happy as It will not allow me to search my church I would intend to give my tithes it will only show the short distances of churches around where I am at the moment. It is frustrating as theres no other option in searching my church in Victoria while am here in Tasmania.

What is going on? This is not a user friendly update. I cannot see what I have preloaded anywhere and it changed me twice because I didn't know it was still set.

I was trying to make an account but it appears to hang when it's verifying authentication code. I wonder how can I even make an account especially when we are all in lockdown.

This app is too complicated and easy to make mistake. Simple is the best especially apps managing money like this.

For some reason the digit code does not come through to access Egiving. Was fine a week ago. This has happened before.

Great app and much better than last year's version! I hope Amex cards can be accepted soon.

Tried several times to sign up, however, couldn't get through it. Typed my phone number but it said phone number is required. 😁

When I log into the app with my Facebook account, it gives me an "authentication error" saying "missing page or invalid data"

Can't add a new credit card. Have tried a dozen times. So frustrating. Given up.

Just tryed to change password 6 times..... won't let me do it.... App has always had bugs ..

Users are unable to delete old payment methods. This is very frustrating.

Much worse than the Website, at least on Android. Hopefully iPhone version is better.

No search function to find a Church by name, this seems like a natural function for a list of 100s of Churches.

When setting up reoccurring payment, it needs a starting date to proceed or a popup warning you 1st payment is instant.

Why is it so painful to try to return my tithe via this app? I can't set my home congregation. It prompts me to do so. When I do, it doesn't save. You'd swear I was trying to get into my bank account. No one can steal from me via this app so why the stringent security measures? Bring back the old app. I'm highly dissatisfied. App has stopped working, i couldnt get past the login stage.

Works well however shows currency on recent transactions as aud instead of nzd

Not easy to navigate or change anything
