Not only is Eglin Federal Credit Union a great bank, they have a great app as well. Never have any issues. Also, any time they are conducting maintenance they make it quick and get back and running in no time! I Recommend them highly!!
Today I haven't been able to check my account some error page keeps popping up. This so frustrating. On top of every time I open the app and go to my account I have to verify my account every time I look at my account now that is more than frustrated. Accuont verification every time you sing on this just stupid.
Previously posted a low rating because I couldn't access the app all of a sudden and for weeks. I contacted EFCU through their website (online/mobile banking) and the issue was fixed almost immediately!! If you have a problem, Contact them. It's literally the easiest thing ever!! The service was so fast & accurate! Thank you so much!
reinstalled but still asks to give permission to "use this feature" all I do is check balances. hitting the cancel button makes pop up go away and I can navigate but the same pop up appears on every new screen.
I don't know if there was a update that is now causing issues of poor maintenance on the app, but for the last month or more I can not use the Mobile app. Anytime I attempt to login I get a too many attempts acct disabled.. ON THE FIRST TRY! And I know my password is entered correct and have set up a finger I'd lock. Both which fail on the first attempt. I've had to rest my password 3 times cause this then effects me using the login for the online URL site. Horrible issue that needs a fix!
I can't access the app, it loads for a while until I hit a "retry" screen with no explanation as to why it takes so long. When the app does work it is ok, but needs better optimization and UI changes to make it easier to control rather than being a mobile port of the website. Update: The app is now working for me, but I still think it could use UI upgrades
Can't always get the app to open. Takes at least 3 tries especially in the morning.
Always crashes and tells me Page Not Found. It seems to happen at the most inconvenient times of course. It will let me see the quick view tab but that doesnt tell me what's being held when I know I have payments pending. I just wish you could fix this problem already. It's been months.
EFCU has always been excellent in customer service in every department. Been with them for 40+ years and always satisfied.
This is impossible to use. You have to answer a phone call in order to receive the security code, which then resets the login flow back to the beginning creating an infinite loop of being unable to login. I don't know who did the user testing for this app but they aren't very good at their job
Haven't been able to use for 2 damn weeks now. I work 24/7 and don't have time to go in, guess I'll make time and close my account to go elsewhere. Your servers are not sending out verification texts so I'm unable to log in on mobile or online. And yes my phone number is correct unless y'all screwed it up magically after having it for the last 7 years. Just in time for the holidays, thanks for not fixing.
It would be convenient if it actually worked. Majority of the time I am unable to log in. Service not available error message pops up. Same with the website. Mobile banking shouldn't be an advertised feature when you can't actually use it when you need to.
Third day in a row I've had an error message saying the mobile app is unavailable. Unable to deposit checks. Very frustrating! And I can't just go to a share branch and cash the checks since I've already endorsed them to "electronic deposit @ EFCU only". So now I'm a week without money.
Tired of this app. Login issues (why offer touch id if i still need to enter my password), two factor via phone call only, if I turn two factor off they pull out authentication questions from a few years ago that you don't have the ability to update. Waited on phone to provide feedback was useless.
The older version of this app ran much smoother. this updated version is garbage and pretty much unreliable. i have no choice but to use the website. hopefully this gets fixed soon.
Half of the time this app is not available and it hasn't worked for several days. This is so annoying. App not available. That's all I get. It needs the bugs worked out or it's useless and then there's no point in having the app. So now after contacting the developer and posting a comment for help and no response I'm sadly uninstalling this app which I actually needed since my bank is not located in my town.
Ever since you guys added this stupid recaptcha option on the mobile app, I cannot login at all. Been using this app for over 2 years with no issues and now you break it with a security layer. It sits on a blank screen after trying to verify the captcha. Fix it please!
Works well, my only problem is that the fingerprint doesn't always unlock my account. Sometimes it does and then when I exit and go back in to check something afterwards, it doesn't.
Unfortunately upgrading my phone made this app useless. All it says is page not found. I've tried everything, but it's been 5 months and it still has not been fixed. EDIT- they have resolved my issue
This thing is always loading. The home screen never works. The only thing that works great is transferring money to each account. Since the home key don't work to get income status.....if I act like Im doing a transfer I can see the funds. Delete this app or fire the builder
The app was working great now it's telling me that service is stopping. What does that mean? Why can't I access my account.

Remove the ads. These issues didn't start until ads were added. Stop being greedy, and give us back the app that works. Otherwise I'm closing my account after 30 years.
Used to work but now errors out. Just spins and won't load the home page. Billpayer pre page errors during edits. App is almost useless at this point. Running on S7 phone. Please fix.
As of today, login on Android phone not working...invalid credentials. Solution is to access the EFCU website on phone. Using application results in locked account and 30 minutes on hold waiting for member services to unlock your account (unless after hours, then we'll see you tomorrow)! Awesome app until improved to make it unusable. Please fix!
App doesn't offer fingerprint login (at least never works for me) and has advertising within the app. Finally, they don't even offer Zelle for money transfer. The app also, doesn't even show me my loan amortization schedule. App is TOO basic, too dumb down and needs to be updated with up to date features like USAA offers. Terrible app, stuck in early 2000.
