I didnt mean to fully subscribe so fast and I accidently instantly subscribed. I thought it would take me to a page showing the exact payment plan. It is really hard to figure out how to cancel a membership. Also you get charged like 5 times throughout they year its not 30 dollars for a year subscription its like 138 dollars total. Also they won't let you cancel mid year. They are forcing me to pay 138 they are just not going to force me to do it next year in other words canceling auto renewal.

They auto renewed when I cancelled. No reply back. Beyond Poor. I agree with you all. Half, the so called people do not have pictures in their profile. It's a two step ordeal to unmatch anybody. A person should be able to put in whatever picture they want including cool landscapes on trips that they've been on. I would rather give it no stars and that is not an option. If you are reading this run! Look at all the other people's reviews!

The app does not allow you to crop or adjust pictures so that the part of the picture that you want is in the capture area. Another thing I can't figure out is why some peoples profile has a bold typeface introduction with no title, others say 'introduction' and are in italics and still others say 'personal quote' and are in italics. I have no idea which one mine shows because a third problem is that I can't solve is how to see my own profile as others will see it. Developers please help! Thanks

Terrible customer service and they steal your money! The app itself is not well designed for use on a phone. They tricked me into purchasing a subscription for a whole year because of how poorly the information displays on a phone. After I saw a $400 dollar charge, I tried to get a refund and said I was out of the grace period for refunds. Interesting that they wait a week to actually charge you AFTER you are out of the grace period. Scamsters! Not to mention it's a total free for all.

This app, while it promotes the idea of finding the right connection, is so restrictive with non premium users that it makes it very difficult to use. Tried for over a year, and it has not brought me a single conversation, much less a date. Save your money and use hinge or upward, both are better by miles.

Terrible!!! You have to pay to see people's pictures! And the minimum purchase is 6 months in USD. wth?? There aren't that many matches because not many are dumb enough to pay over $500. In addition, the choices you make in your quiz cannot be changed. So you really cannot make a mistake or you'll be stuck with that mistake. You want to cancel? Oh sure, but you still have to pay the full amount!!! Terrible business. Terrible customer service.

Waste of money. Half the profiles are blank (no pictures/no name/neither). Another quarter are not active. Of the ones online very few bother to respond. You can't filter profiles that are blank so you have to trudge through hundreds of blank profiles to get to one that isn't. Price is exceedingly high and you can't even pay month by month. Worthless. Seriously, don't bother. You'll be richer and less frustrated.

Thought I'd try it out for 6 months. I wasn't impressed, so I opted to not renew. Because they left my account active, they say I owe them money and are turning me over to collections. Seems like since they lost their lawsuit they are having to revert to scams and extortion to generate revenue instead of creating value for subscribers. Proceed with caution.

Pretty trash. You have to sit through 30+ minutes of questions, then it tells you that you must pay for premium in order to meet people in your area. For some reason it blurs people's pictures. Finally, if you want to add a photo, it is the most frustrating process, you can't get too close to the sides of the photo which doesn't sound bad but it's really frustrating. Overall, 0/10, shameful e harmony

People contact you and you cannot see even one of their pictures unless you pay. Minimum membership is 6 months which is too much to commit to for an app that you cannot even use or trial without paying. 1 months membership would make sense at least to start with, to see how the app works, what kind of people are in it and if there are enough people around my area. It is silly to ask for money without showing how this service is.

If you don't pay, this app is completely useless. The payment plans are expensive and deceiving. I paid and found out the selection was dismal. There's not a lot of members. When I reached out to cancel, they told me I had signed up for a year and wouldn't cancel my payment plans. Now I'm stuck paying for a year of a service that is not showing me anyone I'm interested in. Avoid eHarmony like the plague. I've had good luck with Hinge.

If I could leave a no star review I would. Signed up and set up premium so the photos weren't blurred. They make it sound like less than £10 a month like you can cancel any time but then charge you £160 all at once and refuse to let you cancel this. I'm now in debt because of them. They try and say its a fancy report that they've given me and that's why. I can't do anything with a silly report. Just another way to grab people's money and try and get away with it. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

App isn't working at all. Profiles with photos are not visible, including my own. There's some glitch whereby pages aren't loading properly and you can see code. I.e. the view of matches is showing as "#navy_ppl_matches". Looks odd. Difficulty navigating between sections.

Really bad design, with some buttons and options in wrong places. For example if you hit the like button, while scrolling, you can't unlike, so your only choice is to delete which means that you cant contact again. Please fix, as the more button is berried to the side.

The app itself could use work. Notifications are turned on but not working. The matches are questionable 🤔 eHarmony had always had an issue with matching paying accounts with those free/unpaid ones. No pic = not paying, can't message. Most matches don't message if they can't see a pic.

Terrible, when I just joined the app, they took more than a week to approve my name and people messaged me that if I was a spam because I didn't even have a name in my bio. Their force subscription is definitely a spam, I wanted to cancel it after 2 work days(with 2 weekend days), they said I can't cancel it and have to subscribe for the whole year no matter I keep the account or not, if I don't pay, they will report me to the federal. For people who haven't used it yet, stay away from this app.

Horrible interface. Must pay to actually see/correspond with matches. Anyone can message you. Cannot turn off emails (and you will get CONSTANT emails) unless was you sign in through your computer. They make it impossible to delete your profile.

The company is a disgrace. You have to pay to see anyone, no try before you buy. The pool of people that comes back is minimal, and the customer service team are rude, pre written garbage. Their scoring system is also a load of rubbish which they 'pride' themselves on. There's very little in the way of filtering and the minimal filtering you can do, drastically drops down potential matches. Tried cancelling but they want £70 for the report which isn't worth the paper it's written on.

Eh. Wouldn't recommend. I entered in my ACTUAL JOB TITLE and they didn't allow it because it "isn't specific enough". Yet some matches have no names entered and it just says "No entry". How does that work? I unsubscribed after that and got this big thing about how they are sad to see me go. Maybe they shouldn't be so silly with rules and maybe I would stay. It's a hassle so bye bye 👋

This service is a fraud. I signed up for a 3 month subscription, to try out the premium service, and they changed it to a year, without my knowledge or consent. I didn't find out until I began to see recurring charges after that. They won't let me cancel or dispute. There's no way to reach them. Stay far away from this company. It just defrauds you from your money and causes undue stress.

Everytime I open the app, all of the text is replaced with signs and numbers. Profiles don't load. I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling, but nothing works. The app is illegible.

Dumb and doesn't let you view messages or people. All blurred out unless you pay for premium. So definitely not 'free to use'. It's free to set up a profile 🙄 honestly annoyed I spent all the time setting up the profile just to see I can't use it.

There's hardly anyone in my area using this app apparently and I live in an area where over 2 million people live. A lot of profiles have no pictures or if they do they don't bother to fill out the rest of their profile. Many are non-returners and haven't been on in months. I have had 1 person message me back and then ghosted. I had female friends help out with my profile to spice it up but still have 0 likes, replies, to the very few people there are on the app.
