I upgraded my phone...same OS and same motorola brand... and the app fails to open. It installs just fine and will even recognize my user name and password cuz of my smartlock auto fill settings, as soon as I tap "Login" the app closes. I even tried manually entering my username and password to see if that was the problem...along with other troubleshooting tips.. Now everytime I need to look at my schedule I have to use the app on a different phone. So fustrating. Can you fix??
BIG FAT FAIL APP. Just downloaded it on to my Samsung Galaxy 8 and it doesn't let me even log in. Tried 7 times. The app just quits. So all the other reviews are pretty much the same. How do they expect people to access their portal... SMH
this app doesnt work on Motorola Moto phone either. it worked great on my LG phone just fine. but on my new phone it keeps closing the app and wont let me login on my phone.
SAME ISSUE!😡🥺 SAMSUNG ARIA ..Fairly new phone...cannot open App after Login. It just kicks me out. Not sure what to DO ABOUT IT...reviews are EXTREMELY ACCURATE, which is NOT very reassuring 🙄😡

Just got new phone Gaxlaxy 21 ultra, log in and it automatically closes everytime. Will be looking in to it. I could log on with my galaxy S8.

I have a google pixel phone and the app just shuts down after i hit log in. Every single time. Four months now. Called the company and they said they are currently doing updates, but they were confused when i said i have been trying for months to get it to work on my phone. I've reported this happenong several times ans its very annoying. Nothing has changed and nothing is being done
