Today is my first day. I found it to be exceptionally good. In some news apps I have found, many a times the news are not updated in many sections. If Ei Samay is updating all the sections regularly, it is surely the best Bengali news app. After 3 days of extensive use, in West Bengal section if one clicks on a specific tab, say kolkata or for that matter in any tab over there, it is often saying no internet connection, though in other sections there is no such problem. Plz remove the bug.
I am feeling tremendous discomfort while using this app. The epaper just can't be read. You click on a news item and you are automatically directed to the first page. Immediate correction is required.
I'm really disappointed... before the updates, this app was very helpful. Especially the 'e-paper'. But after the updates, the 'e-paper' doesn't appear anymore and I can't download it. Why...?? Apart from this, recently it lags too much which makes it slow. I must've to say that the updates are useless and at the end of the day it becomes a kind of worst app.
This App is an absolute platform of Bengali News conveying. The terms & the pattern of writing in every article can be absorbed easily. Beside these, there is a vast source of defining the clarity of every news article. And one more thing, you always remain impartial. I've not seen anywhere that you are supporting any particular political or non-political body. Thank You so much! ❤️
After using for around 5 years, I removed this app. I feel that you have to be cautious about maintaining neutrality (political) while providing and serving news. This is a very important issue. Other technical problems are very few, though exists, including a few spelling mistakes which gives me little discomfort but it's okay. I should mention that it is utmost necessary to remain totally apolitical while providing news. Thank you.
Now its become boggus app,lots of adds and more than that is very slow and hanging problem. I am going to uninstall it.
There is no updates in editorial column which is very bad things in this e-paper. So I'm uninstalling this apps because I didn't find it useful without editorial column. And there is a lot of advertisement in this apps which is very irritating.
The visualization in the epaper section after zooming must be more clear and picture perfect. In other sections , slowness is there.....if possible , kindly remove the ads as much as possible.
I haven't came across this kind of worst app, 01. App takes very long time to open. 02. At times e-paper fails to open offline even after manual/auto download. 03. New features as described during app update, never appears after the update. 04. Developer's mail address in the app to send feedback is Invalid.
The experience is good but there are too many ads
Frequent crashing of the app is most disturbing. The developer should fix it quickly

I cannot read news from Ei Samay mobile news app in Landscape mode of Samsung Tablet S7+ with samsung keyboard attached. Your app open only in portrait mode. I cannot read , write and edit news in landscape mode. You must sit with Samsung and Google to settle this issue.
It could be more easily navigable. There could be a section on travel, business, events in my city.
Sorry!!! Bound to give this review. Your updates are really pathetic, annoying & awful. If u don't wants to let readers read news instead of making application hang then u should bother this rating. I have already 4.4.3.3.
News that is published not upto the quality of global,it is one sided news,that seems like that sold to one political party.
It gives latest update, in addition to reading pleasure.
when I download first it was good to see the e paper, recently for last 4 days the e paper section not appears as it was used to be. daily I have to uninstall the app then again reinstall it, only then epaper section appears. Don't know what went wrong.
Unable to report a comment as objectionable, this feature is not working since many months, not even after latest update, informed via email through app feedback system. But no acknowledgment - no reply - no resolve whatsoever till date.
E-paper option was removed by the developer intentionally. This is digital era. No tech savvy will purchase hard copy of newspaper. Keep it in your mind. People are ready to pay for e-paper. You can ask for monetary subscription for e-paper, tech savvy will pay for that. E-mail id is invalid that shows the poor mindset of developer. It will reduce the popularity of the app in the time to come. Consequently, you will lose your genuine customers. Learn to see the digital opportunity.
Ei Samay is a biased news channel and app. I used to follow only eisamay earlier. when i started using multiple app, i found they are distorting the fact and reporting something is not actual fact. i think we should not waste our time reading news which are far away from fact.
I wiil uninstall this app soon. Because of extreme ads 20%news 80% ads not only uper and lower but also right middle of evry articale. NOBODY SHOULD USE THIS APP .but this app has nice UI & DARK MODE .why not times group makeing it a complete web browser with news feed !!! like google news . microsoft news !!!
The app generally reports genuine news, but some irrelevant topics are being included recently. More eligible editors should take the responsibility to sort out from different categories and select proper headlines.
Too much ads. Sometimes page takes too much time to load in mobile network because of too many ads. Even i haven't found any option to make it ad free (even if i have to pay money).

Only little downgrade it's, sometimes it shows few ads on the front page of news page. That is it. Otherwise "Ei Samay" Newspaper and it's official app is on of the favourite Newspaper and app.

Again after the update all BOOKMARKS deleted from the updated app.. Please assured me that ALL MY BOOOKMARKS REMAIN THE SAME AFTER THE UPDATE OF LATEST VERSION OF THIS APP . THIS IS VERY IMPORTANT FOR ALL.. PLEASE SOLVE THIS PROBLEM URGENTLY AND PERMANENTLY.. THANKS...
