Frustrating Everytime i log in it says already logged in and the display is on the same page. Fix this.
You can't claim your rewards, there is no log out option. Once logged in each claim you have to login separately or go back to main menu. Unfortunately you can't login again once you logged in from the beginning. Ultimately you claim nothing through this application until they rectify this error.😂😂😂
need to fix issue session over and can't login back says already logged in
If there's below one I will give it to this useless app....How in earth I'm signed out and showing me that I'm already logged in? and why the app not collecting any rewards points?

Every time i log in, it shows You are already logged in while showing login screen only. Actually does not deserves stars but no choice amd giving 1 star. Sort this issue out as i already uninstalled and installed again but same issue.
I can't even register. I am not able to set a password. Even after fulfilllng the required criteria.
Cant even get passed the login screen, typicall for Emirates Islamic Bank IT team, congrats on another failure.

Fix the back button. Fix it so that it goes one step back instead of going to the home page and starting everything over. Where ever you're navigating from, market place filters, flight dates, points exchange and everything else. Spending about 20 minutes just to press the back button and go to the home page to start over and spend another 20 minutes to get back to where a user was is most probably another bank SCHEME if not a hassle and forget/let go of spend the points till they expire.
