Not a fan. I open things and review them but they still show as new. So confusing! Also, I feel like the newest things should be listed first but they aren't. I don't care for the layout and something are very confusing and hard to navigate.

App always crashes. You are not able to continue an email thread with medical staff but instead you have to create a new message each time. The notifications do not go away once you’ve opened or reviewed the information either.

The app doesn't work. All pages I need to access either send me to a login page or an error 404 forbidden access page. I cannot do anything in the app

Everything you need is right on the app. Very easy to upload information, bloodwork, doctor's notes, etc.

The app and the online system are bad. I get notifications that I have important messages and I have to wait over an hour for the message to even show up. It's the same as others have said, the messaging system is terrible and you can't reply to anything. Through the app you can't access documents. I get the same loop of it telling me to download Google Docs and even though I already have it, nothing happens. I'd scrap the whole thing. It's a complete disservice to the patients.

Cool but functionality is lacking. Documents won't open or allow download from app on android. Some photo import functions freeze the app or don't actually upload. Sometimes when you click documents it makes you sign in again. To allow the practitioner a checklist of sorts would be cool for those of us who like visuals.

This app is fantastic and keeps me organized, when it works. There seems to be a glitch since I installed it (about 6 months ago) where when I tap the notification that I have documents, it tells me that mt session has expired and I have to restart from the password screen. It doesn't matter which order I do the other tasks, I simply cannot access the documents tab from the app. I have to go on my console computer instead. If this was fixed, the app would be fine and I'd upgrade my rating.

This app is not user friendly at all! The message section has disappeared completely. The check icon on the bottom of the screen bumps you out of the app to a web link so you have to sign back in. It does not save where you were in the list of lab results. Rather it takes you back to the top of the list when you press the back button to view more results - a pain when viewing results far down the list. CNY needs a better app than this!

Excellent! I'm a traveler for my IVF treatment and this App. has made the process easier in every way. I'm unable to change my profile photo and that's been a bit frustrating but my photo has nothing to do with the functionality and ease of access of the App. itself. Overall a great experience and we're still using it daily as our treatments continue.

Terrible App. I have yo do most things through regular email because the messaging in this app is so poorly designed. you cant even respond directly to a message. instead you have to create a new message every time which loses the content of the previous message. The interface is also non intuitive and theyre are no labels to the icons used. on top of that you have to jump through menus to get to anything. Terrible. An utter and complete disappointment.

Frustrating. It is very difficult to upload new information as the app never saves it. I've had to call an office multiple times and have them input my info on their end. The messages should have a drop down menu to chose a team mine doesn't offer that option. App stops frequently. Just overall frustrating because this is how we're supposed to communicate with our care team and there seems to be a glitch always.

App is not user friendly and crashes a lot. It keeps saying I have missing information (ID and insurance card), tried putting it in and nothing. Even tried using doing it from my computer and same results. Also signed in from my computer, screen pops up saying missing info. I put it in but once I hit save it give me an error message then bring me back to the home page to login. I don't get any notification when files/appointments are added. I have to sign in multiple times a day to check.

While the app mostly functions, I am not able to open documents (lab reqs etc), it just keeps circling back to play store to download google docs without any clear way to download or open them. It's a good thing the app doesn't have much functionality because the UI is definitely not intuitive you have to fumble through the icons until you find what you're looking for. The web application isn't much better though so I'm really not surprised.

My app worked (mostly) for a while. I was able to send and receive messages but I was never able to access any documents. Several months later, however, my app stopped working completely. My log in info won't work on the app despite the fact that it works just fine on the website on my personal computer. I have contacted the doctors office and they suggested that I uninstall and then reinstall the app, but I have had no luck with this despite trying several times over a several week period.

One star is too high of a review. I've had this app for awhile now and it has never worked right. Now since the last update, I can't open any documents. It tells me I need to install software I already have. Unfortunately, my doc requires this for communication. The only thing I can use it for at this point is basic email to and from. I can't even reply. And if there are any documents, they have to send them to my normal email outside the app anyway. Worst app I've ever used. EVER!!!

This app links to documents from the provider within it, which is fine, but it says i don't have either Microsoft Office or Google Docs on my phone, which isn't accurate, and will not allow me to open or download any docs. But I have for a very long time had Microsoft Office on my phone, just not the old outdated version that EIVF Mobile links me to. So ya'll need to fix this; i can't look at any of the docs the healthcare provider sent to me because of a bug in your software.

When I first started using it in June 2021, it was great. I was able to view and sign all needed documents. Flash forward to now and I can't even open documents (despite having both Google docs and Microsoft office). I have 6 tasks to complete and my doctors office just keeps sending through the portal which I can't use. They don't know how to fix it either. It's frustrating.

Love the staff and they are so helpful when I have questions or call with a last minute appt cause it's ivf I like them better than the ivf dr I used before..

This is a very positive and informative app. Lots of great features!!

App doesn't seem to have ever been through UAT. Screens pop up upon every log-on to exasperate a daily user. No integration with LastPass and no way to stay logged in. Messages - I'd argue the #1 reason for the app in the first place - are difficult to find. The links on the bottom of the app are all extraneous. Hitting a feedback button that loops continuously to a mobile browser and does not allow you to go BACK to the app without shutting it down.. etc. Please do UAT testing and improve.

The app used to work for me just fine. Now it won't allow me to view any docs on the desktop or the mobile app. Frustrating to the say least when it keeps saying: the URL has been rejected. Please contact the administrator. Ive cleared the browser and cache history to no avail. Please fix this. Thank you.

I hate this app. It says you have tasks to do, but doesn't tell you how to do them. It's also telling me I have docs to review.... well, they're docs I uploaded . Not very functional or informational. The appointments need to be more detailed. Information on what, why and where is totally lacking. Ended up going to three different lab offices in a huge medical complex. Could've been avoided with a room number in the apt details. No information on my partner's appointments.

App doesn't work! I can't open anything in the app, send messages or anything. I'm afraid to reinstall in case I can never get in. I have the right apps to open docs but can't get the documents they send. Please fix or make another app!

This is a functional app, but not an exceptionally functional app. Trying to open documents will bring you through a continuous loop of "please download Google Docs or Microsoft Office", both of which I already have installed. I have to open up the patient portal on the computer if I wanted to see my documents. The interface is very buggy and not very user friendly. Edit 11/25/20: Please fix the Patient Instructions tab!!! I need to see my documents and still can't

Terrible app. Hard to navigate, the symbols for different areas arent obvious. Can't open any reports on my phone, it just says I need to download Google docs (which I have) or office. So i have to use computer instead. Would like notifications when a new document is posted.

Terrible interface. Login sometimes doesn't work. Most documents are inaccessible or so poorly formatted as to be useless. Can't find a darn thing. I chuckle a little each time the web portal recommends the app. "Why do you think I'm here? The app is garbage!" I say to myself.

This App is horrible. Please improve this App as I'm required to use it. It does not operate as it should. It's really difficult to get to what you need. While uploading my DL to the DL section it assigned my DL to my profile picture and while I've tried to replace it several times it won't let me update. That's the least of my problems but the most annoying. I use the slightly better online portal whenever possible.
