This app used to be useful to me especially when i recharge and my pin is not sent immediately, i often go to payment history and get it, but now its quite disappointing that i cant log into the app any more not just me many other of your costumer and you guys are doing nothing to resolve this, shame
I don't know what's going on with your application, but I don't see anything great in it because have been trying to register into it for some times and now and it not working, please fixed it
I can't log in anymore. Even when I could log in, you can't check balance. Really disappointing. Anything that is worth doing, is worth doing well.
Its a useless app. the developers should either take it off google play store or upgrade it. I cant do anything on it again after using it once
I was referred to email box for link up but nothing like link connected to the app. It suck💘meeennn! Just waste my mb.
An app where you cannot verify account balance on your meter after payments. Very Poor!!!
App turned horrible since 2019... not fixed yet and no one is taking action upon the bad experiences and complains since then. I think this app should be removed
Can't login and when I do after multiple tries sometimes for over a week , I can't buy recharge tokens
This App is not supposed to be on the App store but intra mail of EKEDP as it cannot help a SINGLE Customer but rigmaroling in work schedule of their staff. 10% Rating due to Data used in downloading the useless App.

For the past 24 hours your APP is inaccessible to purchase prepaid TOKEN. SHAME ON YOU AND YOUR MANAGEMENT WITH ALL THE MONEY YOU ARE RAKING 24/7 from your customers.

I installed the app some time in mid 2019 and it worked well. Presently February 2020, I can't log in or access the app in anyway. Please you guys should correct whatever may be wrong. It was convenient for me when it lasted.
