EL AL Flights

Another shi#y product from elal. Same as their site. Slow and laggy. Cant login not from one time neither from regular password. Enter the code or password, push the Enter button and.. get error messages. I dont understand how every time for many years they manage to release buggy and not user friendly soft.

App does not let me register, does not let me pass the date of birth page with android, also I have tried to register using iPhone, I was able to get to sms verification page but I have never got the sms.... Buggy registeration

The app doesn't work! The last version6.96 worked, when I opened it today it didn't get passed the intro screen. I updated to the new version and it still doesn't work. Uninstalled and reinstalled, still doesn't work.

I had this app previously and it worked fine. Now, it's useless. It won't search for flights and repeatedly returns with an error message, regardless of the search criteria. If an airline can't give it's customers a functioning app, what else will be below standard? Probably most aspects of their operation, which is why I'll search for flights with other carriers.

Unacceptable that the app forces me to upgrade, while roaming, before allowing access to the boarding pass. Also, very annoying the delay when it starts, adding also several ads. Let use the app, for the purpose intended, and when needed. Want to promote, the are friendlier ways to do. Start with attractive promotions.

Looked for a flight. Found one with a fare price. After about 3 minutes the app requested to renew my query. After I did, the same flight was 30% more expensive. Are you kidding me?! Keep your bs about dynemic-price-adjustments to yourself. Apparently your old planes are always overpriced and as a very frequent flyer I realise there's always a cheaper flight than with this low-cost-quality company. Too bad...

Oh my god it is so f.... buggy, I have tried checking in, uploading my boarding pass (that never worked, and why do I even have to upload it, can't the app do that by itself?), spent 1 hour dealing with things that one really needs 5 minutes to do, and totally lose my temper each time I have use the app. Seriously, make it work right. Buggy, slow and frustrating. And this video at the beginning, fffuuuuuuu...!!!! Waste of time but forced to use it for for now... :-(

The app is very useful but trying to book a flight is a total disaster. The app crashes constantly and you have to reenter all data in the best case or you have to call their ticketing and pay the extra fee. Outrageous!!

Very frustrating. Can't create an account as sms varification isn't received. When trying to book a flight - can't proceed from departure to return date. Deleted the app and reinstalled and still struggling.

I download the app. Tried few attempts to locate my exciting flight code and it's shows " Sorry, can't find" Every other Airlines apps works great, except El Al. I could only find my flight on regular website, even there has some errors. What's the point to have app not functional when you need it..

There can't be much worse than sitting on a cramped plane on the ground for hours, wondering what's happening when the airline's app tells you it's on time. No point in having an app if you don't use it thi convey basic information. come back Ryanair, all is forgiven. At least they gave the grace not to pretend to offer customer service.

Works OK. UI intuitive. El Al is a good company.

Since the December 2/18 update this app crashes every time I try to open it. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling but it's still crashing. On Pixel 2 with Android Version 9.

Wow! Embarrassing app for Israel's leading airline :( The Design and UI is very old and most of the features open a mobile-web view that misses the whole point of having an app. You could do better ElAl!

Never ever use El Al. They have terrible customer service. Canceled my flight, never notified me about cancelation, moreover they admitted they the cancelation email didn't arrive!!!! But declined to compensate the alternative flight expenses!!!! Worst airline company that I ever saw!!!!

and i thought that it couldn't be worse than the website... but it is!! how come you cannot find a decent company that will build you decent website and app?? it has been like this for years and it is frustrating your customers and creating a load on your call centres for things that can be easily handled online. c'mon el al.

Slow and not stable. The screens are loading after a long time. Beside that, the user interface is great.

Multiple bugs trying to register for matmid

The app updated and now it will no longer start, it keeps crashing. I tried reaching it and installing again with sale results... Pixel 2 XL

The home screen keeps freezing. I cannot get my flight information or my boarding passes. The app is totally useless

Horrible. You cannot even change your own flight details inside the app. Instead you have to wait for someone to answer you for 24 hours on WhatsApp. Pathetic. Awful. Will never book with them again.

Not stable. Search results often disappeared. Need to re-enter my frequent flyer again and again. Useless app.

The app shows a nice video of flying above the clouds in sunset for half a minute, then gets stuck forever. Pathetic.
