I get pick up's from my hm to where I have to go and they pick me up from where they took me to and back hm. Just sometimes when I get out of an appt late or some where else I call and they make u wait. But other wise have no complaints with the driver's only one guy but I put him in his place! But they alright. I like them....
Way better than Uber or Lyft. They are professional and fair priced. I recommend them highly.

IT'S NOT WHAT IT USED TO BE! SOME DRIVERS ARE DISRESPECTFUL AND THEY SOME TIMES THROW FAKE A RIVAL TIME FOR PICK UP! I'VE BEEN TAKING THIS CAR SERVICE FOR ALMOST35+ YEARS AND NOW IT HAS WENT DOWN HILL HOW EVER THERE ARE SOME AWSOME DRIVERS WHO ARE WORTH THE WAIT!
How can u see how much the trio is going to be? Part of the reason I use Uber, Lyft and Juno is for the up front pricing. I've used Barrio for a long time (calling the base) and you can get different pricing depending on the drivers. Aside from that, most of their drivers are rude.
The driver was very disrespectful. Was not nice at all to my elderly parent's. Took them on a long hour or so ride that should have taken 15-20 min. She stae to help.ted the harlem river drive was traffic , in which I saw several cars passing my building from the hrd. She could not speak any english and did not want to talk to anyone.
This app doesn't run at all on my note 8. My phone is up to date with all updates.
I call for car service almost everyday, I was told by one of their drivers to download app cause you get a car faster than calling but its no better same crap

The worst cab service ever. i called them twice was in a rush to make it to work on time they took 45 minutes to show up and when they did come they drove right pass me and kept going. I then tried them a second time and they never showed up but left car arriving for like 30 minutes on the top of screen, an ever came HORRIBLE
