A book cannot be judged if it has not been read carefully first, so those who have never read the book of Enoch do not know what they are missing.

When you know the book of Enoch then you can judge whether this book is inspired and revealed by God, or it is not, and the purpose of these texts taken from the prophetic book of Enoch is that you know the impressive and fascinating prophecies written by the prophet Enoch, seventh since Adam, about 5,500 years ago.

This prophetic book of Enoch was delivered by Enoch himself to his son Methuselah, and he in turn gave it to his son Lamech, and this to his son Noah, which, logically, took him inside the ark when it occurred in a worldwide flood, and this book of Enoch has thus come to this day, possibly somewhat altered in some of its passages, but together its prophecies are exact and amazing, as we will see in the 120 text comments that I have published in this book.

Enoch prophetically described the future second coming of Christ with his angels, to judge the world, and also announced the creation of the new heavens and the new earth that will come after the Millennium, and where curse and death will no longer exist. We will see all this later, when we study these fascinating passages of Enoch and comment on them.

When the apostle Judas, brother of James (Jud.1: 1) made reference to the book of Enoch he was citing a PROPHECY SAID BY ENOC, in which reference is made to the future SECOND GLORIOUS COMING OF THE CHRIST with his angels, to make judgment on the world (Jud.1: 14-15), and this means that for the apostles of Christ Yahúshua, and for the Christians of the first four centuries, Enoch was considered a true prophet of God very special, that is why the Christians of the first four centuries, and especially the principal "fathers of the Church," held such an book of Enoch in great esteem.

Who wrote that book of Enoch, and when it was written? If you read the book of Enoch you will see that it is Enoch himself, seventh from Adam, who wrote it, for it is he who is narrating it, therefore, that belief so widespread among Catholics and Protestants that the book of Enoch was written in the 2nd century BC during the "intertestamental" period by some mysterious false Jew who was posing as Enoch is nothing but a great hoax, a dreadful lie, INVENTED IN ORDER TO DESTROY THE PROPHETIC VALUE OF THE ENOC BOOK, there is no proof that The book of Enoch was written in the 2nd century BC! On the contrary, the internal content of the book indicates that it was Enoch himself, seventh since Adam, who wrote it. This means that the book of Enoch HAS approximately 5,500 YEARS OF ANCIENT !, as Enoch was born 622 years after the creation of Adam (Manual Compendium of the Bible, Halley, p.70, Baptist House of Publications). This means that the book of Enoch is the oldest book on earth!

If the book of Enoch were from the 2nd century B.C. Then the apostle Judas would NEVER have said that Enoch was the SEVENTH FROM ADAM!

Also passages from the book of Enoch are cited in the famous epistle of Barnabas, in the writings of Justin Martyr (100-165), it is mentioned by Athenagoras (170); by Irenaeus, Bishop of Lyon (115-185); by Clement of Alexandria (150-220); by Tertullian (160-230); by Lactantio (260-325) and many more "fathers of the Church", which shows that they believed in that book, and was read in the churches during the first four centuries of Christianity. The reason why this prophetic book was not added to the New Testament Canon is because it was not written by any of the apostles of Christ, or by any Christian close to those apostles.
