you can't do ANYTHING!!! before it was so easy to login and pay now having to go to the website quick about 5 time just to go into your account and another 3 or 4 clicks to pay. its ridiculous. apps are meant to work for the customers benefit. very disappointed

This app is only to report and receive notification of outages. I'm silly for having missed that on the description. I wish you guys had an app to pay it. It's so much more convenient for me than having to call and wait for prompt and input my info every time. Thanks for this tho

I had heard on the radio that we can now pay the bill thru the app but i just downloaded this app again and still the same. This is not a good and does nothing for us there clients.

The old app was much better. It's been well over a year since payment through the app has been possible. This really needs to be fixed.

Downloaded thinking I could use an ap to pay my electric bill, was not the case. App seems limited to outages, wasn't very apparent while installing or creating account. Uninstalling immediately.

Literally won't even let me log in. I've changed my password and everything but it just threatens me with a "you have 3 attempts until you're locked out for 24 hours." Wack.

you cant make payments. old app was much better and easier to use. i want to be able to pay my account like on old app. would be great and helpful.

Not useful in the least. Can't pay my bill, can't see outages, both just redirect to the website, but still wants me to login.

Slow, glitches, freezes, never connects. Can't pay bill or even view bill. Bad.

It's impossible to log in on the app to use it, because the fields for the username and password limit the characters so that neither my username OR pw fit. 🙄

Wouldn't let me register under my account and street numbers. Just says, "Technical Error! Unable to Proceed."

Installed. Wouldn't work, didn't have all the downloads. Uninstaller. Reinstalled. Same results.

App does not make sense. Does not have a way to pay bill, consumption, or any information that will be valuable to me as customer. Thanks for the effort anyways

Does not let you sign in, it says incorrect password or user's name. Waste of time!!

I downloaded this app and its worthless i registered put my id and password and it doesn't except id or password you need to update the app it doesn't work its worthless app.

Can't login. The password box won't let u enter more than 10 characters so I can't login.

Just like there web site and customer service this app is horrible you'll have better luck calling, to deal with this outdated monopoly company.
