app does what it should. easy to use. no problems so far, works great everytime I use it.
I want to save a tree and with this app, best way to do it. Easy to use and I get to see older issues.

Looks like something a kid would design. The app freezes and crashes nonstop. Used it for less than 15 minutes before uninstalling
When accessing the paper on line I am lucky to get the front page . The pages disappear as I scroll to next page I use Galaxy 10 tablet I have installed and uninsulated the app numerous times . hopeless
I use this app on my cell and tablet and it works great. I can view the entire paper no matter where I am. Samsung galaxy s3 and Samsung galaxy tablet 10.1
Does not recognize user name & password. Works fine on other platforms.
Twice I have set up auto-pay. Both times customer service was severely lacking. The paperwork I signed had the El Paso Times logo on it and had a guaranteed lock-in rate. The price changed 3 times in 3 mos after 5 mos of service. Many attempts to correct were ignored or denied. The 2nd time, I requested Fri, Sat Sun only. I received newspapers every day. When trying to correct, I was told I was out of my mind cuz the service never existed. Rude behavior, uncaring staff, stealing $$ = NO Times!
