The book of Tehillim was written by David Hamelej (King) with Divine inspiration is recited by all Yehudi in times of urgency, distress or danger, it reflects the different human emotions and feelings of reverence, love and admiration for the Almighty. Each chapter has segulot (Special Virtues) for divine help in certain tribulation, or for some mercy.
