I've had this app for almost 2 years. But I am still not pregnant. No customer service! If you wish to contact them, they first collect too much of your data and personal information, and about device you are using, before they help you with anything, and that's just to give a response to a simple question.. Also, the projected periods in upcoming months are totally messed up! For some reason app shows 2 periods in 1 coming month.. I tried to fix it, but app doesn't let you do it. Disappointed..

Never get inside of the Gold membership! You don't get the way out! In the app there you don't find the way to cancel that. I find it very much unfair..they just want to keep you paying even when you are not interested in that and do not use it. I am still searching the way to cancel it! The only thing possible would be to cancel my credit card with all the inconveniences which that bring, since I am not using the credit card only for Ella app of course.

The app itself was fine, I upgraded to Gold which was totally useless and now they will not cancel my membership. There is no where to cancel on the website and I've sent multiple emails asking to cancel. The response I get seems automated which basically says they want you to give feedback so they can fix an issue instead of canceling. The issue is that Gold is totally unnecessary and now I'm trapped in an email loop with what I assume is a bot who won't just let me go back to the free version. Honestly it's not worth it, I also use Ovia which I like much better.

*Edit: still not able to get in. Had to uninstall permanently and find another app. Too bad. Loved this one.***** Id give this 5 stars but all of the sudden it stopped working. Tried uninstalling too, but it didnt help. I cant get in pass the login phase. It just keeps trying to load and giving me an error. Hopefully it'll be fixed. Love the app.

Please get rid of the success stories on the homepage or put a setting in to turn it off. Useful app but sick of getting depressed every time i go to use it. After 3 years of trying, i do not need these popping up in my face. It's like rubbing salt in an already painful wound.

So many ads, So little functuonality. It'd be prerty nice, it looks aesthetic, but it is somerimes a pain to deal with, and does not allow you to input missed periods, also dosent show accurate calculations most of the time

I love this app!! it predicted my ovulation days with 100% accuracy after a few entries. Initially I thought it was broken because it showed random dates sometimes. But it wasn't and the prediction was 100% correct!!

It's okay. I wish it had more daily insights and went into detail about my symptoms. It also brings up ads every time you close out of it. Ugggh we don't care. I have 3 other similar apps that I open first every day, so I keep this one around just because I'm obsessed with TTC right now.

Started out okish. Paid for a few month when I was pregnant and when I was trying to. And then it updated and things got difficult. There is alot of system bug to be fixes.

This app worked great for 3 years, but suddenly quit allowing me to save my information. I uninstalled it to see if reinstalling it could help reset the app and solve the problem but now it refuses to let me log back into the app.😠

Too many people have the same problem. not happy at all. I'm pregnant, Not that I'm not happy! but I just had a misscage and have been going threw a really rough time with it. sorry to rant or vent .. blah blah blah, yes Im posting how I feel considering it keeps asking me to rate the app anyway. Since March my calendar says I'm to have 2 periods a month,I dont. only have one an cant document it. Nor remember or know when last period was, says I got it any way.. so idk how far back to go .lmao !

Deleting this app. Useless. No longer works. Have been trying to update my period date for a week, won't let me do anything. It seems that customer service has disappeared and no longer even replies to reviews left. Found a different app with better ratings.

I downloaded and immediately uninstalled it five minutes later.... Trying to conceive is a terrible struggle, one that makes me feel like I'm always alone. So I look to the community posts for inspiration and reassurance that others out there are overcoming these obstacles and having successful pregnancies. Two minutes of reading posts and comments I realized no one was speaking proper English with correct grammar. It's hard to feel inspired and empowered when you read "gotz to get pergnant"

It kept losing my pregnancy mode. It also stopped working and just spinned when u tried to open it the last few times. Unreliable.

I did really like this app and it worked great but all of a sudden recently it's not working at all you can't do anything in the app it constantly is flipping up something went wrong somebody really needs to fix this

It's really good but I wish it had the option of sending out alerts when ua period, ovulation is coming up. Also it just stopped working

I signed up for the premium just for it to take 4 months to cancel?! that's absolutely ridcoulus. You're gonna charge me for 4 months for something I'm not using. I'll just have to get a new card because that's dumb.

I've used this app to get pregnant with both daughters. Came back since I'm trying again and it won't let me sign in. I see it's a common thing. It's always had many problems from the start. Was hoping it got better. I see it didn't unfortunately.

"I think everyone should have this app. It is simply awesome and accurate. It predicted my best days very precisely and helped me to conceive with my partner. Before I had this app, I was in stress but this app took away my stress.
