I've been a user of this app for a few years now and never before has this happened. The management of this app is beyond poor quality now! Their logistics support is very lousy and their customer service is the worst I've EVER seen! 4 orders of mine have been cancelled because they were never picked up, despite repeatedly following up with the customer care executives. I sent multiple messages and emails but there was no update or solution. Now they've even stopped responding
Presenting you the "Worst App" ever..!!!! The App which displays the Combo packs and does not give any option to select which combo and makes an order by itself... and gives the worst products.... The make-up products are so bad.. that eye care kajal and everything else.. had a very bad experience with this app.. if it had a zero star option, i would definitely give it to this.
Good app in terms of utility but a very bad app on terms of technicality. I am not able to edit or upload new products. All my old conversations are suddenly gone. Please invest time and money on your bots, technical issues and user friendly techniques.
Their payment system is pathetic. Its been more than 3 months I sold one dress thru their app. It was picked up by their courier( The one with which they have tie up) and till date I have not received the payment. I have been following up with them and they simply replied that I handed over the dress to the delivery person when the order was cancelled. Nobody cancelled the order neither me nor the buyer. In fact the buyer has made the payment also after receiving the courier, Where is that money?
pathetic! First things first, elanic has its big cut in every sale you make. Second and most terrible, for my inactivity on the app Elanic expired my earnings collected in the form of elanic credits without sending me even an email notification, while i would have preferred their call than email too. Third, some sellers tag their used products as "new with price tag" which is wrong.
deleted my old review with four stars there was a time it was one of the best app to sell but sorry to say no more. reasons you used to have a customer support to call and enquire but now it is only computerized messages with same response you guys used to have really fast pickup like in 24-48hrs bt now that has changed to like weeks and weeks and btw mine is still not picked after a week also. so does that mean elanic has lost it charm ? or ignoring old customers 🤔 or maybe running in loss
After downloading this app when I try to open it show error message unfortunately something has gone wrong .try again later . Earlier this was working fine now it does not even open. Very bad experience. They should have done proper testing before putting latest version of app on play store.
It has poor service and there's a lot of scope for improvement. You should improve the quality quality of your customer service staff, increase buyer accountability by adding reviews for both buyers and sellers. I had an issue which went on for really long but was finally resolved by Yash from Elanic, so thanks for that. This however happened after I had several long debates with other CS reps. After buyers cancel orders or refuse to accept them, I haven't gotten my products back even though its been a month. This is not okay. Elanic is a logistical nightmare.
This is a dishonest app. I have sold two gowns using this app. The seller care is absolutely pathetic. I have been unable to transfer the money received from the buyer to my bank account for both the sales. In fact, the app "expired" my sale money stating it as store credit. So basically, now I don't have those expensive dresses, have not received a single penny from the app, and have had a dreadful experience. I got no response from the team on the app or even their social media handle
The simplicity of the app is that you can understand this within one hour of its all functioning. I have not tried the payment process as there are cap for a particular amount to redeem. This may be remove because if I spend my money and you collected from customer, it's your duty to transfer to the seller immediately. I hope management understand this.
ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. Would've given a lower rating if it was possible. There is no concern whatsoever for the customer. The order status showed completed but I did not receive my product AND STILL NOTHING HAS BEEN DONE ABOUT IT. It has been weeks since I've brought it up & that too, multiple times, and no helpful response has been given. Incredibly reprehensible. Lost my 200 bucks to a site that's not worth a single rupee.
Worst experience ever. Ordered a product turned out to be defective and wanted to return it. H ad to wait over 3 wks to have it picked up that too after constant emailing . Everyone i contacted had different excuses or stories to tell non chalantly . Neither their admin nor customer /logistics team took any iniative to do anything about it for the longest time. Have finally gotten my money back but it took much time & effort. Never again will I buy anytg from this app.
This is a highly useless app. After selling something when I am trying to cash out the credits. It does not allow me to do that. I have sent emails to these people but no response. I contacted their I instant message centre but response time is always 2 hrs+. I asked for a call back, nothing. I request the team to reach out to me asap otherwise I'll have to raise my concerns on social platforms. Would not even give 1 star but that was not possible.
This is the worst app anyone can think of. If you are not active they will disable your chat option and you will not be able to make any offer. Above all the help line is of no use. They will only ask for time and not solve a single problem. Then they don't even rply on time. Now it's been more then 2 months and they have not enabled the chat option. And you cannot transfer your remaining balance because it is not sufficient...so you are stuck there. Seriously worst coustomer service.
😡😠 waste of time. I had very worst experience using this app. I am Oly the buyer. Not the seller. Very slow app. Always error in the app. My refunded amount. I am unable to get my money back. since my account s blocked. I need my money back. After that u can block my app account. My 2000 rupees s gone. I repeatedly mailing . Nobody s responding
This is the worst app i have ever used... will strongly suggest everyone to uninstall the app . They tell your product has been kept in inventory for further sale they don't give it back to the buyer if seller returns it . You have no idea about where your product is... Maybe they sell it to others without you knowing about it... maybe they give it on rent to others. WORST APP EVER. Customer service is also absolutely just pathetic.
Horrible experience. they r deducting payment and after that cancelling order with a reason that payment was not confirmed. even I got email for payment confirmation. I wrote so many times to them but there is no response from customer care. worst experience
this is the Worst app I have ever seen in my entire life.... they provide cheap products! when you go to return there are two options in one option you can get your COD money back if there are defects in the product!! but at the time of returning they themself decide that it was because of we unliked the product!! I mean really? and the thing about of my refund money when I transfer then in my bank account they say it will reach in 3-5 days.... till today I didn't got my money it has been 9 days!
very poor app. it is not loading after the recent update. all other apps videos everything works fine.. but still this app will be loading loading loading... worst one. i dont know what update they have done.. it was good earlier... poor management.
it's a great app, really helpful easy access and management . i have one complaint only which is the service department. Delay ilby responding team and delivery service os also not that good. improve the delivery and customer care service thanks
Customer care is pathetic.my product was picked up from my home and on the app it was showing not picked up..showed them all the proof and details and chasing with the team and they are just delaying it..it's been more than 2 months I have not received a response from the team. i hope someone will respond after this message.
This is a major problem now... I've been complaining for the third time... My issue is yet not resolved... Whenever i try to sell anything the app works inappropriately and i can't Post anything or do anything... This is my sincere request and final one to solve this immediately.. Before also I've been asked to register on that link which i had already registered long time back and for your kind information the issue isn't resolved yet... Please look out at the earliest!!!
I have used this app multiple times and the experience was quite good except one time when I didn't receive the payment for nearly a month after selling an item.. however from the past few days I have observed the cash on delivery mode for payment has been removed which has effected sale of my products in a big way and the customers are not willing to purchase anymore.. hope it gets resolved soon....
