Control children's ELARI smartwatch remotely via dedicated free multi-lingual ELARI SafeFamily app! It allows you to:

GPS is not good, it is very bad :( SIM card has excellent internet) but this watch can find only LBS signal ( even outside) which is not precise. In fact, your kid is kilometres far away from real position ! I am very disappointed and I don't recommend it!
Generally easy to use. There are still a few glitches that need to be sorted. Geo positioning system is not reliable. I just called my son and I know he is at school, but the application shows he is in another neighborhood 😵
Amazing options, easy to use safe for my kids, when u contact help they're sufficient and fast.
Terrible. The app was working with many glitches (positioning was not working properly, voice messages were never arriving, impossible to get photos from the watch), then suddenly it is no longer possible to login using stored unchanged password. The password reminding does not work, claiming the account with such email does not exist, but then it is not possible to register a new account with same email, as ... the account already exists. Oh well.
The app is well presented and the layout is easy to use and self-explanatory. The watch unit itself is easy to link with the app thanks to QR codes. The GPS signal is quite weak when inside a property but this is not unusual for most devices, otherwise the product and the app meet all of my expectations.
I can't reset my password. User not found by email. I also can't register - this account already registered
Does not work properly at all and can't use the watch as needed. Most of the time are all options off.
Logs out, and I can not to get connected. GPS also very bad. Application is not working at all. Do something!
Voice messages doesn't work from watch, positions not correct, sometime unknown numbers can call to watch although they shouldn't if admin didn't add them in the list...
The registration code came after few hours. The remite camera does not work. The app still needs lot of improvements.
Restore password form doesn't work. Nothing happens on clicking "Get code" or "Submit" buttons. Such childish bugs are unacceptable. Fix this ASAP
For the price of the watch, I guess you can't expect any better. But it should be clear, the watch and this app are just a toy, nothing more. Calls work fine. GPS is low quality, needs a lot of time to get a fix. Events are reported up to a minute after they occur. Geo fences aren't fences at all, you just put a point and a radius. Putting multiple fences causes alarms to fire up all the time, i guess app expects the child to be in all of them at once. There's more but no more space here...
+ Nice voice chat in app. - Annoying siren sound on smartphone when pressing SOS button on watches. Siren volume is sometimes way too loud (or too quiet) depending on current *media* volume on your smartphone. Siren sound file is compiled into app and there is no way to turn it off or change it via Android notification settings.
Login doesn't work anymore. Restore password says user not found but if I want to register again it says user already exists. So i can no longer use the app
Not able to open the app!!! Not able to call the child through the app!!! When trying to open the app I see only the advertisement about elari pods... awful!!!! Receive error message that the child's watch "is offline"! Please, fix it!!! Fix all! Trash this application. The device is offline all day long! It's impossible! Your app is a poor trash! Sorry, but it's impossible to use the watch with this app! I do not recommend!!!
We have an issue with the switch on/off sound. It does not goes off when all the other sounds are off. The watch switches on/off by itself when synchronizes with the phone. It happens during class and is very irritating.
Messaging app usability is not good: 1) push notifications are not disappear sometimes. 2) long press on voice message shows menu with message "notice" and cancel / ok. What does the "ok" perform? Right, deletes the message you didn't read. Dear developers, please concentrate on the wearable device power consumption rather than build your own messenger app. For messaging it is a good practice to integrate with widely used apps like whatsapp, viber, telegram...
Good looking watch, GSM calls and voice messaging is crisp and clear. However GPS locator is slow and not accurate. Generally it is a good start for parents that need to stay i touch with their kids. I am supportive and looking forward for software updates and improvements.
