Night mode colors are an absolute mess, looks very unfinished. Why no portrait mode?
The app keeps conflicting with phone's operating system and keeps crashing It eats up my phone's memory very fast. Keeps turning off and then turns on Bluetooth. Just junk. And I think the owners just don't care Because you can read all these negative reviews, and they are just there, nobody fixes anything, never got updates since I installed it on 12-3-2020
This stupid app has control of the Bluetooth settings and if it can't connect with it's device for tracking, it will turn off ALL devices on Bluetooth (like your headset when you go to check in)! Also instead of going into off-duty status if you're idling, it puts you on-duty. Even if you're on personal conveyance. Worse eld service ever!
I would give it five stars but it keeps disconnecting my blue tooth devices and I dont know why Follow up, after a week of using it, it was still doing the blouetooth cut off on devices. There is an update but it keeps sticking at 87%, is there a reason for that? What is the update about? Follow up update is good, but what was the update? Continuation, well the problem of the app over riding the Bluetooth devices and cutting them off automatically is still a problem...
How much did you pay for good reviews? The first problem is this program is buggy, the logbook turns off on its own, and when this happens, it switches on and off bluetooth. Tell me please! Why do I need a full screen clock? I need a logbook, not a watch! You better put a timer that will show how long the driver are in continues position! Clock on the whole screen, and the logbook could not be made even smaller !? Not smart!
This application keeps switching off all other devices.. So far it is good. When do you guys plan to update it so it works in portrait mode? Truckers need to see how much time left before their reset is done. 10 hours sleep reset and others. Instead of clocks. Probably you can fit another one including clocks. That is what truckers need.
Very very useful app to plan, manage and control our business operations. The app functions are easy to use but features are amazing. I am using it and i like eld one more because it providing me time calculater, scanner, score card etc.
Cannot use device, this app renders your device useless, I do not recommend this app to anyone....STAY AWAY. You Have Been Warned!!!!! Other than that this app is very user friendly and could be awesome if it didn't completely shutdown your phone, tablet, etc... You must come to a complete stop, log out, then use your phone....if it was an emergency call, well, they'll be dead by the time you get maps open to tell the first responders where you're at or use your phone to call them.
How stupid is forced update on eld software? This is not a game that you can just leave. Update in the middle of work is just plain stupid
It requested an update. I can't even reload or re-install the app... this is a 911 issue ELD ONE. Update: App is working better, only after a complete TABLET re-boot and app re-installation. Not good if you are out on the road.
Fantastic app, gets my work done for the day, has essential TMS features that help my business to reach next level. Detention time calculator, IFTA miles, document scanner, and driver score are some of the things I love.

ELD ONE Works perfectly for logging. Wish there was a way to go back more than 14 days. Needs a history log so you can keep track of mileage and h.o.s. to look back if needed. Other than that, it does exactly what it is supposed to do.
Constantly a hot mess Bluetooth disconnects, not logging correct duty status update, logs out randomly, freezes up when not near truck and I'm on a samsung s7 tablet which is a power house.
This tablet often hangs up and when it doesn't hang up it starts way too soon even if I just have to move the truck slightly to adjust where I park I don't like it often times I have to update this damn thing why and it doesn't remember my name or my information why I don't like this app at all
Why is the app forcing us to update? I have a perfectly working version, but the app is forcing my drivers to update, guess what, after the update, is not working properly any more. Give us the option to update if there are any issues with the app, but if there is no problem with the app why to force someone to update to a broken version?
Horrible app, keeps interfering with my car's bluetooth system. Extremely slow !
Every update make the things worse. After the last one, trucking of the vehicles is vary bad. Every second truck doesn't show correct location.
I like a great app very much so I am rating it 5 stars. I got many features. I liked the app more. I highly recommended the best option for business to the customer's option.

YEAH THEY NEED TO CHANGE UP THE COLORS OF THE TIME LOG CIRCLE COUNTERS. I GOT VIOLATION CAUSE I THOUGHT MY 30MIN BREAK WAS COMPLETE. ALL THE TIME COUNTERS LOOK THE SAME IT'S EASY TO MAKE THAT MISTAKE. AN EASY UPDATE COULD FIX THIS.
Ahhah, it's very interesting how all of the positive, paid reviews and comments are actually fake people who never used the app.. i use it every day and it sucks so much in every way!!! Shame on the managers who can't make the team to build a decent app

It's a good tracking company. An amazing software. Good customer service. It did great service. Very good one.
While I'm glad that the old split Sleeper rule is finally working in this App with a recent update, it is, in fact, the old rule. When you're off duty/ in Sleeper for 2 or 3 hours, your 14 pauses in this app as it should, but when you take the 8 or 7, respectively, in the Sleeper, you should get the rest of your hours back, as that is the remainder of the 10 hour break. Now, perhaps the 14 would be off, that I'm not sure of at this time, but you should have your full drive time.
