The app suddenly stopped working and would crash every time I tried logging in. Uninstalled and reinstalled several times before it started working again. First time I would launch after every install I would get a message stating "Fragment Manager has been destroyed" and it would crash after which I could go through the login process for it to just continue crashing. Surprising that an app that has been out for several years would still have this major of an issue.
GPS trackit is rebranded visitracs. They love to change the app without communicating to their customers. They are constantly changing settings and not communicating with their customers effectively making things more difficult for drivers. ELD Fleet website is a complete joke. Horrible security, horrible integration to their fleet manager, and goes down routinely for long periods of time. DO NOT USE
I wish there was an option for 0 stars. this is the worst ELD I have ever seen. they promise 24/7 support and minimal glitches and this program is nothing near where it should be. You can only get help on weekdays during business hours and even then it takes them 2+ hours to change a status that is incorrect. They go into driving in the middle of a break, stay on drive status for hours and then these people who answer the phone refuse to change it. This is horrible!
It was working fine until i updated it yesterday. Now the app keeps stopping. I've done the following several times today: restarted my phone, turned Bluetooth on/off, uninstall and reinstall... It won't let me in
I have to restart this app/device at least every other week. The range on bluetooth is garbage. it will also cancel out personal conveyance or yard moves if it loses connection or power.
Has its pros but more cons than anything. It glitches constantly, logs hard cornering and braking when its not and has almost gotten me fired for it. Retune your system before it cost people their jobs.
Getting better but still has a long way to go seemed to be unprepared when when the eld mandate came into effect, could be a little more user friendly but over all not to bad.
Im very dissapointed. This app will not let you delete data codes. So you have to go with a yellow D or a yellow dot with an exclamation point on the top of your e log. Seriously thinking about Keep Trucking.
PC should not change unless driver changes it. if I go to the store in PC I should not have to check if I'm still in PC mode to go back to my trailer.
wouldn't recommend using this I wouldn't my company didn't use it will never stay connected to my truck it keeps telling me to go to paper just easier to keep doing paper logs
Slow running. Always needs updates which take forever. Don't work half the time
Horrible app. Have to Uninstall and reinstall each day to switch trucks.
Can't edit stuff easily. Swicthes to on driving when mechanics moves truck.
Terrible, having to uninstall and redownload everytime I use the application.
They use cal amp trachers with bluetooth and they dont work

Great start. Has too many problems and bugs. Needs a lot of work.
Have fought for 6 months trying to get this system to work more than 2 days at a time. We have 8 to 10 year old trucks and problems of Vbus to diagnostics is still up in the air. This system is not ready for prime time
I've been using this app for 2years its has ups and downs. I've been reading comments in here most of the problems is that guys don't understand how to use it. If you leave your system on when shop moves your truck it's still connected to your device you have to shut down your device so it's not connected. I run two different devices android or apple they both work great but sometimes need updates due to system updates. But over all the app works great.
