ELDMandate HOS

Won't function correctly. Can't switch or add vehicles. App keeps stopping and restarting my phone and drains the battery power.

Today I met Tom ,the guy who take a lot patience for me ,he is very good serving man technically and cooperating. His services are really appreciated. Also their application is the good one, easy to use hence would like to recommend for every driver. SPECIAL thanks to Mr. Tom for his humble dealing and support. Wishing for his further success. Horrible customer service almost left Elog365 but I'm glad I didn't these guys didn't even refund my money less than 30 days from when i purchased and before I even used it. Crooks

Needs a lot of development. Constant errors and issues. If you walk away from the truck without disconnecting, it has continual alarm notifications. Constant "timing malfunction" and other malfunctions. Frequently disconnects from vehicle while I'm driving. It seems like a 3rd grader rushed this through the development stage to make money without making sure that the programming functions correctly. Customer service sucks too. You won't talk to someone who speaks understandable English.

Cassy ( Customer service)was exceptionally helpful when to get my ELD back up and running when it crashed while I was on the road. She is knowledgeable and patient and sweet. She's a keeper. Thanks Cassy.

Worest ELD to use it, No help from customer service after 8hrs sleep i try to use my split sleep hours i couldnt use it then i drove 45 mnts to pick up load then went 2 hrs off duty to complate my 10hr sleep nothing driving hours come back to me then i call back customer service sucks not helpig at all. Then i have no choice but to quit them i heard keep trucking is way better so good luck if u want lose Business with this ppl ELD Mandate HOS becareful guys. I worn u plz

Run slow don't put me on drive or in the sleeper this app just went crazy for no reason

DO NOT BUY IT !! BAD SERVICE, BAD PRODUCT !!! It is the worst decision I could have made when choosing them, it does not work, I had 3 violations in one day, it does not work, if you are log out even if you put it off duty, the next day it turns out that you are driving all day, not counting that you can't use your phone because the app blocks it at will, terrible service

This app and eld is worthless. Constant disconnects and problems. Customer service is in India so you can't even get someone that speaks English. I wouldn't recommend this at all. Unless you like dealing with problems.
