Edit : I am ended my review after consulting with the app maker. The issue I had with editing my logs had to do with having to hit refresh. I was finally able to get with the administrator at the carrier and we figured it out. The issue I had with it not showing the updated hours was just with the particular hours available screen. they explained to me that it would still recognize the correct hos it would just not show until it was updated.
Last update full of bugs. Features do not work. contacted support by phone and email and still no response to the problem. if you select wrong status there is no way to delete it or correct it anymore. Being forced to use by employer or would not use!!!! Update July 23 They hust proved my point, my original post back in April, they got back to me in July
Do not use a personal email. Apparently out of the thousands of apps. on the market, this company believes that they have to have the actual password for direct access to your email account. I changed my email password and their app went nuts. Kept loosing connection to the truck and causing my logs to look bad. Why do you people need to have the actual password? I feel the need to contact Google security support on the manner.....
Keeps kicking me off yard move and switching me to on duty driving, and I'm not even moving past 10mph. Every update they come out with only creates more bugs and glitches in other areas of the app. I will be canceling subscription. YOU'RE FIRED!!!
Constant disconnection issues... worse system I've used to date. You guys really need to step it up. Edit: Still no response from developers weeks later. Constantly having location issues. Tons of malfunctions daily.
When I leave my truck, to check the shipper or to truck stop or even at the back of my trailer, it's giving me a warning notification that I'm loosing the connection with the modem, and there is no way you can stop these warnings notifications coming after each other, you can't use your phone you can't write anything, this is extremely disturbing ... please one time notification will be enough there is no need so many.
New Update is Terrible. Nothing works. you can't Edit or type location and note description. Deletes statues on it's own and it's like forcing you to obey the app instead of the app obeying you... Not Worth It If They Don't Fix It...... I had them for 2 years now but this New Update is Terrible
You have poor customer service! 2 separate times I have called and left phone number and also message as I was haveing problems ( put me in RED when I know I still have time) no call back from you at any time! I ended up logging out and logging back in and problem went away. Glad that worked but what is the reason behind it for putting me in RED? I have no idea BECAUSE YOU DON'T CALL BACK!
Awful, solid bug. Please hire a professional programmer for fix it or don't take money. Was switched on "on-duty" and "driving" mode during was "personal drive".
Absolutely hate it makes me want to quit my job over it. Now all my other apps crash I can't use the phone because popups telling me I'm disconnected. Maybe it just Clashes with what I have on my phone Shouldn't have to install this on my phone for a company
Telematics are poor, you pay for the service that not able to track your equipment. Application instantly fails, customer service poor. Used them for 3 years and I feel it as a waist of time and money
I been loosing connection for past 5 months now. I was told that you guys was waiting for update. And I'm still waiting for the new updates, so fix the problem with loosing connection. Please fix this. Thank you Mr. Taylor.
Awful program, doesn't work correctly, big piece of bug. Don't waste you money, it switched me to on duty from personal drive while i drove my truck. I was so close to complete weekly restart
they have taken a good system and turned it into a piece of crape I can't figure out what this is doing if you stop in traffic it will take you on duty not driving and it ads things on it's own
Terrible customer service, and the product needs lots of service for the customer. Constant problems enough notice to revert to paper logs that I don't need eld.
I have had a multitude of problems I call them and they come back with my own equipment isn't working correctly. When it did work is was okay but still trouble.
No personal conveyance option. Other than that the app works normally. Keep trucking is a better option
DO NOT BUY!!! The worst ever experience! Tons of bugs. Rude and unprofessional staff, giving stupid explanations about why the app doesn't work. Like "It is Apple's fault - how they communicate with their clients". And I bought $ 600 Android tablet with mobile internet capability. And guess what - tons of problems again! Thank God my company got rid of them!
the new update sucks. Drivers complaining that the graphic line is too small and they can barely see it....un-update it. or ill take all of my driver to keep trucking
Keeps running my On Duty Not Driving hours after I go to Off Duty and even log out of the app. Needs to be fixed

I'm having issues with making edits if I forget to change status, it edits time not selected. If I select a period of time it ALWAYS seems to change the preceding segment as well. Any time I make an edit, it makes my logs messed up and has violated me when I had no violation. Because it changes other time than what is selected. Customer service and tech support suck. told me THEY were locked out and couldn't access the data and please call back. After many attempts, still no resolution 5 days.
