I have been in the Automobile and Powersports business for 15 years and have used four or five different CRM so long the way I have never experienced such horrible support and a system that is antiquated and does not work with your business. Also this company will charge up to $1,500 for you to get your own data out of the your CRM in which you pay monthly for. They will not tell you this until you go to leave in try to charge you all kinds of things. Bad business do not do business with them.
I can not see previous notes or car of interest as I finish my activities. There is no incoming email notification either. Technical support had the audacity to ask me why do I need email notification!!! May be for the same reason I need a ring when I get a phone call. Missed or delayed email = missed or delayed deal. This is not accepted in today's competitive market!!!?. Scanning Vin # stutter most of the time. This app needs additional work for real life functionality. It is unfinished product.
This has to be one of the worst apps that I have even used. Crashes all the time, unresponsive when you hit buttons, can't preview emails before you send them to see if the templates loaded the correct information. They need to start from scratch and rebuild this app.
This app allows me to read and send emails to my customers. It allows me to obtain phone numbers and make calls. Unfortunately there is no texting feature available, and their is no way to work my daily tasks effectively. The ability to search for a customer and determine whether or not they're in the system is difficult to use.
I never get alerts for new leads. The fact that I have to log into the app (even though it saves login info) every now and then may be the reason. Dev needs to address and make this app useful. Been over 6 months since my last review and the app is still junk
This app is very useful in a lot of ways, but half the time the ID scan doesnt work or gets the text it copies wrong. When it works like it should, it's amazing and you're able to speed up the process big time. We just got the system at my dealership 2 months ago, and we had a lot of problems initially, but now everyone seems to have settled in. This app could be so much better if they fixed the functionality of some of the key features. UPDATE- The new Lollipop UPDATE has fixed almost everything...
Inventory is useless. Cannot scroll. Pops up anything you just barely touch. Lost two customers' info on the lot because it did not save properly. ( Back to pen and paper) Doesn't allow price range. If you put in $30K it brings up everything under starting with the lowest, which is our oldest non certified trade ins. I hope one of the designers will read this and take this seriously. Concept is amazing and would be a great asset to our business if it actually worked.
This app needs so much work. It's very useful to an extent. I hope this app becomes something I need in the future but it must come with improvement first. Add flexibility when searching for inventory vehicles because I will never find a car without using the vin or stock number. What if I didn't know them ? I can't find it because it won't let me narrow down the selections.
The application is so poorly optimized I didn't believe it was still possible to program an Android application this way. Touch input barely works, the UI is outdated and the blatant ease of access is awful. I find it hard to imagine this app has been updated since 2011. Edit: looking back this application hasn't been updated since 2015. That means and the very least there are major security issues that should have been resolved using newer versions of the Android SDK. An application such as this that deals with so much customer information had security flaws and I would not recommend to anyone to use this.
Has a lot of great unfinished ideas... it's very difficult to scroll through information, and any time I try to scan a license or Vin number with the scanner the app freezes, and restarts. When I manually type in a Vin via the app it never finds the vehicle I'm looking for.
Looks useful however its functionality needs attention. Reacts very slowly, if at all, to user inputs. When you switch away to use another app, it reloads and prompts "checking for updates" upon switching back... every time. Not effective for multitasking!
The app crashes as soon as it starts. I can't even type my user name because it's already stopped working. I've never experienced an app this bad before.
Scrolling is very difficult. Try to look through your prospects and activities and it always selects the wrong one. I also noticed it doesnt save your activities...
Many features of the app do not work correctly, especially trying to scroll through customers
This app has gotten to where it won't even function...eleads already sucked but this app makes it look incredible. Hate the CRM and despise this app making my work life so difficult
Slow, next to impossible to edit email templates, scanner rarely works. It technically has all of my client data but I'd have better luck getting ahold of my leads on Facebook Messenger than this thing.
Emails don't send, notifications don't work, user interface is horrible. Good idea but needs to be rebuilt from the ground up.
Only reason I am giving this app one star review because I can't give it less than that. This app is useless
Very slow, lags, too sensitive and doesnt link all leads when I use the computer version. I hope they do a major update with this app very soon or Im going to delete it.
The app is glitchy-at best. Often screens freeze, doesn't allow you to navigate the menus. Problems with loading content. Very poorly and hastily designed app.
App crashes and moves incredibly slow. I hate it actually.. I use it for work because I have no other choice. I would advise anyone else to seek another CRM
This app, along with the account reps, are in need of major repair/replacement. Brought up email bugs (error loading every time) to my account rep in person over a year ago after implementing their CRM over a year ago, and nothing has been done. I've given up and they could care less. All talk, no useful substance. I will begin recommending a switch to our dealership group.
It would help a lot if there was a recent customer button on the home screen. So like if I go out to look at a trade I can quickly pull up the scanner for a vin.
Awful application, numerous bugs, slow loads, ect. Once the contracts up we'll be looking for a new CRM. They should remove this app and no longer advertise supporting a mobile application. FAIL
Such awful functionality I gave up and deleted the app. I can't believe anyone puts out a product like this in 2018.
Absolute crap! Don't let your dealership make the same mistake as ours and sign up with eleads. Their whole system is so outdated. Unbelievable. Crap!
Worse app ever. Only use it to scan customers trades in so it's part of the deal packet. Mobile app is useless otherwise.
This is our CRM we use for the dealership and in car sales or any sales, time is of the essence. The developer of this app must not understand this. It's slow, rarely responds and bottom line, I lose leads. I know its not my phone because I have two phones with different carriers and same results.
