Doesn't load half the time & when it does it's not 100% in sync with the information on the desktop. The plus is that you can input customer info on the go. You can also send forms with the app.
Half the time it doesn't save my logging/finger print... it just spinning spins and cannot open app. Also while open on home screen, if click the menu bar to do an task, it won't allow to open it so you have to restart my cell for both issues to correct. Another issue is the license scanner isn't worth using, you have to scan 5 to 8 time to capture the photos, the scanner flickers trying to capture the photo from 3,2,1. Takes over a Min. or more to use, then it gets the info Half right.
Hard to navigate. Options through the app are very limited. Not good. I'd rather use the internet website. Which is also not so good. You can't even refresh lists on your phone via the website. I've gotten with customer service about a few problems and they just say "well that's weird. We don't have that problem.". Just like a not our problem kind of attitude. I really hope a different company rises up and out does eleads. It doesn't seem like it would be a hard task honestly.
Very poor app in general it feels very clunky. A previous commentor said it was like a bad port and he is correct,every single facet of this app feel like it is designed for a laptop not a phone. Most cases you spend more time zooming in and scrolling around just to fine the information you ate looking for is cut off or not easily accessed when you do find it.
The camera for driver's lic scanner is distorted on my galaxy s 20. It also doesn't complete an appointment. Sliding the slider a bunch of times and it doesn't put them in the showroom and then complete the appointment. Super annoying that I have to go to my PC and now confirm that the app worked. Frustrating.
Can't zoom in to text, and while typing emails, it skips 27 enters down and can't retrieve last spot.
For a mobile app the experience is very poor. This seems like it was poorly ported over to mobile. It needs to be redesigned from the bottom up to make using eleads seamless on the phone. Using eleads on my phone seems more of a chore than it is to help me in sales. I feel like I should be able to seamlessly work off my device in.
No notifications, or severely delayed. What's the point of a mobile app with no notifications? I've enabled them multiple times, checked permissions, etc. I'm lucky if I get a notification within the same day of the event, if at all. I like a lot of the features, but please fix notifications
Absolutely worthless and frustrating. This app does not work well at all. It freezes up, it closes when you're trying to work in the application, the video function will not save on my phone so therefore I can't use it. How can you be productive when the application is so frustrating?
Slow, clunky and just plain unusable. That's when it actually let's me login. Since the latest update, I just get an authorization error. It tells me it could not authenticate my credentials. Seriously?! I'm required to use this app for my job and it doesn't work. This needs to be addressed, immediately.
Doesn't even work now, even reinstalled, no go. So many missing features and functionality, all its good for is calling thru the app to log a call event. No templates for emails, the inventory on mobile is different than web based. There have been no updates or support on it/mobile in Years.
For some reason I am unable to schedule tasks on the mobile app and I do not get notifications at all even though everything is turned on. Makes it very difficult to do what I need to on the go. Better off just logging in on chrome and doing it from there.
Had to use this one since previous no long logs in. Cannot see a deal nor work one with a customer was already working with. worthless. Seriously, what's the point in calling it "Deal Builder" when you can't actually work a deal? Great, so you built something. You still have to go to a computer to actually do your job. Can't create appointments or activities. Someone paid to create this, if you can imagine.
I'M LOSING MONEY this doesnt give you notifications on time more like 20 or 40 minutes later which in turns looks like im not answering it. I am going to make sure we work with other apps ive work on in the past that work a million billion times better. My only tip just log in every 15 minutes and you wont mess any deals which is still better than the notifications.
So far so good once you actually learn how to use your profile it's very good and fast on a mobile phone. That being said when on a mobile phone your limited to what you can do for instance, you cannot add notes the same way you do on a phone but you can on a tablet. If crm wanted to really step up there game they would make inactive salesperson delete themselves off the account and redistribute amongst current sales people.
Apps definitely needs a better solution to use it. Can't view notes, Can't copy and paste any information. Hard to navigate to find customers current car. It's a mess.
Definitely not nearly as useful as the computer counterpart. But you can use it to text a customer back or do a quick inventory check while not at work if need be.
Not intuitive at all! You have to use the web browser to access it for anything to make sense at all. Garbage system and a trash app. No interest in making it better.
It does not provide notifications at all and every time I open the application it defaults back to notifications off. This is one of the worst applications I've ever used. I miss a lot of business.
THE WORST CRM I've used. Being in the car sales business, I've been able to use a few CRMs and Elead BY FAR is the worst. The programming is VERY SLOPPY and RIDDLED with BUGS. Its not intuitive at all. The customer service are just LEMMINGS that really can't help fix any bugs or features that normally work well in other CRMs. They repeatedly say " that's just the way it works" or something dismissive like that. If you're looking for a CRM that is productive, DON'T USE THIS ONE. Very Cumbersome.

How can a massive company have such a poorly designed application lol... Force Closes. Doesnt load properly. It's honestly just a pain to even login and try to use... The desktop version is pretty good. So its a shame that they even let this app be downloaded and used because it makes the system as a whole look bad. Get it together.
Texting functionality needs to be improved. It would be nice if you could actually reply to the customer rite from the text notification that comes to your phones messages.
Freezing and crashing when trying to use the scan license feature. Arguably one of the most useful features offered by the application and it does not work.
This is the first review I've done for an app but its appropriate cuz its trash. Can't use it for AnYThinG! It's fine on the computer.. just not my phone, or any of the other 30 phones of people I work with. They BOMBED this one. Get ur shet together ELead crm mobile.
I downloaded this app and I do not see a few options that they show on my phone. I do not have the 1st photo that the show ,nor do I have the deal builder. The app that shows prospect I am missing s few like appraisal, vehicle comparison, deal builder that they show
Would love it if they made it just like the chrome site, but optimize it for phone or tablet screens. Otherwise its only useful to record driver licenses
It has a lot of problem with scanning, with android phones you can see text you are typing and some other problems.
It's alright, it does what it's supposed to do except... if it would link my customers info to our delivery module so I don't have to re type everhthing and it would be able to pre fill everything when I'm doing my delivery.. that would be nice
Rarely ever lets me log in. When it does it is poorly executed. I cannot see history when completing tasks. Email templates are missing on app only.
