Horrible app. Leads come in but program will not load up correctly. When you try to send an email its like solving a rubix cube. Only downloaded it because it notifies me when I have a lead or email but I have to pull up software on computer to do anything with it
Horrible app, doesn't work as designed and no consistency. Works fine one day, doesn't work the next. eLead is too big of a company with too many key accounts to have an app this archaic. Come on, get with it eLead!!
Is not reliable sometimes works sometime doesnt cant access all eleads with app cant do showroom visits credit apps etc. Can add trade info nothing only good for finding inventory when app works. Ive been using it over a year now and im deleting it today.
Messaging notifications lack. Text font is TINY. Would be awesome if you could "instant message".
This app sucks, I can't even pull my sold customer or my leads from last week. Now I can even log in. I tried using the web on my phone and still cant access it. No refresh button on the Mobil website also. Horrible.
I seriously cannot belive how horrible this app is. Elead is a decent CRM and I was looking forward to easily get in contact with my customers and complete all my task by using there app but unfortunately Elead has so much work to do with this app. Who ever is in charge of this app should PLEASE give us a working app for us to do our task with out going through our web browser wich there site is not phone/tablet friendly. I doubt elead will read this or do anything about it. Been waiting for 2yrs
This app is the worst, i just dont get it how do you have a great idea, but cant put it together right...it doesnt work period you cant sign in with your credentials....I mean come on guys!!!
I am updating my review... Invaluable app when it is working! It works for a while, then will not accept my sign on. Looking at the other reviews it's a poorly developed app.
Barely works. Always hit or miss. Cant save setting changes. Overall it's a nightmare
its one of the most difficult apps i have ever encountered dont waste your staffs time it crashes often and misreads data inputs plus the credit app is horrendous
Tried numerous times to log in using the correct credentials. Its useless going to uninstall. Its really a shame they offer this at all.
Why set up alerts (saved credit app, duplicate lead, etc) when the app alerts your a few days later? What good does that do anyone?
If i could give it No Stars i would have displayed that. Entered same "User" info as I do on my laptop or desktop and it keeps saying what I'm entering is incorrect. Giagantic Waste of time!!!
still can't see what I'm typing when texting a customer disappointed the "texting overhaul" was just an iPhone skin on the same broken functionality

Rarely works.. Don't waste your time.. Never wants to login, just spins and then times out.

Hasn't worked In 4 days and when it did work it was only good for a couple things.
When it works, it's just okay. Most of the time it just doesn't work.

do not use the app. go to a web browser and open up eleads there

WORST CRM AND APP EVER USED. In my experience, there are much better CRMs and apps that are more intuitive and easier to use. The programming is very sloppy and full of inconvenient work-arounds as well as bugs that make tedious tasks even more time consuming and tedious. For a successful business CRM find a different software and app. These guys should have just stuck to making cookies. That's their original business. WASTE OF TIME, MONEY AND EFFORT.
