Every time I try to open stats the app just closes. Useless.
Very time consuming and most of the times will not allow you to login
Awful. Most of the time takes me ten min to log in. Freeze need to start again. Frankly a lot of unnecessary information. When a question asks me how many thousen ppl died in a fire last year...well none of the clients will ask that. And it won't be needed in my daily role
Appears to provide link to each course that then loads on devices default browser, which didn't load properly causing an endless loop and almost no progress through modules. Found much easier to use my usual preferred browser to access via company website rather than use this app, sorry have uninstalled. Tried to use again recently and still app is terrible!
APP was great. My password was saved so I didn't have to remember it but since update that has changed and I can't remember my password. Unfortunately, when I click on forgotten password it won't let me. Keeps saying that the service is unavailable. So I no longer have access.
Wont load more than the first 2 questions of a few of the modules. Annoying when you sit through the learning and cannot provide the answers to get the work done. Tries restaring a course and the same thing happened. Utter joke. Managed to get 2 out of 17 done so far.
Can't close down the app when pressing the back button on my phone have to press the menu button, also have uploaded work but never received it, spent hours doing the work for it not to update and save!
It's not helping at all - I'm not progressing - I fail to log in with same details I registered with - when I go to trouble shooting I don't get the code on time. It's frustrating. Do I have to keep asking for a code to log in or do I have to keep changing my password all the time I do the training. It's time consuming when I wait for days just to a code through your app - I need to get going to complete the training. The only time I got the code was wheni emailed support
Worst app. I tried to install on my new samsung phone. I installed it and tried to reset my password, but i never got any code to reset it after trying all the day. They are telling you should receive a code within 15 minutes. But it never happened to me. Sorry. Disgusting app.
upgraded my phone. ever since I have not been able to use this app. so disappointed as before it was great. not impressed at all!!!!!! need the app for training for work der!
Terrible app and content, hard to use links do not work. No help, great time wasting, and some unsuitable content for carers. Most content is very general and usually summed as read your company policy.
I just been given this from my work I do not own a computer I own a phone and a tablet my tablet the app does work I can open the app and log on but my phone the app won't even open I clicked on it it dries and then immediately closes useing the new Google pixel XL 2 please fix this
Terrible,lengthy and dull,hard to navigate and keeps cutting courses off and having to start again.
It stops working. Videos get stuck and you can't move on ,sometimes it won't even let you login 🤯🙈😣😤
Terrible. The app doesnt work at all and shows an error screen every time it is booted
won't allow me to move forward pages. unable to complete any course using the app. needs urgently fixing.
Keeps force closing, freezes all the time and on top of all this its very slow.
Every time I want to go on I have to uninstall the app an install it again, or it just says signing in an wont do anything else
I've had lots of trouble saying app un responding then starts the course then goes back to the beginning now saying two courses locked don't no what to do
very useful it helped me a lot, and i love the fact that i can change to the language that i want. fantastic.

Managed to get logged in when clicked on courses nothing comes up just a blank page these are training courses for work app is a joke
Login details never work twice, fed up of requesting reset of passwords
For months now I have not been able to get past the loading screen. The app does not work at all. I have to use the laptop to access training.
Takes forever to sign in, and a lot of the time once signed in can't access the learning.
This app doesn't open, reported it nothing changes. Disappointing as its a work app.
Hard to log back with the same details. just annoying
Not neuro divergent friendly. The painfully slow sideshows need an option for turning off. Should be able to press skip when I want. Not when I'm thought to have finished reading. The slow pace means I struggle to retain the information, because by the time Im allowed to move onto the next slide, I've disconnected and zoned out, or I'm at the beginning of a meltdown from the frustration of how slow it all is.
