App works well and includes all the features I need in a handy place. The only thing I wish is that the notifications for artist start times would come through the app (the way it did last year) instead of making you program a calendar event and reminder. The beauty of this app is that it's all in one place. Making me leave to use a separate app kind of breaks that seamless usability, and it also litters my calendar with needless events and reminders that could have come straight from the app.
The new update removed the old 'my schedule' view... The original 'my schedule' view was the main reason I used the app, so I could see times AND locations to gauge what conflicts I'd run into. After the 2019 update the app just shows a long list of the artists I want to see, not very helpful. Sorry guys I know there was a decent amount of work put into revamping the looks but without that original 'my schedule' view the app is not very useful
used to use the app to keep my schedule for the weekend but they ruined that. Now the schedule only gives you a long list of any acts you wanted to see with no way of of filtering or managing the list. And half the acts aren't even listed in the app. Guess I'm printing out a paper schedule this year.
I love this app and the convenience but I'm missing several artists and I have the most updated version of the app. It's frustrating because I've had to save the image file of the daily schedule and manually put it into my calender. Bizarre.
Last year's app was great but this one is a dumpster fire. More than half of the artists are missing from the schedule. After adding to your schedule you can't filter by stage or day/time. This app is completely useless.
Search functiin does not work, initial roll out had no artists listed after midnight, map is glitchy on wifi, worst of all no daily calendar by stage to see set time clashes. Im very disappointed with this app. My girlfriend and I have the exact same phone, her schedule uploads to her Google calendar automatically, I cannot find the setting for this option.
I wish the map was higher resolution or had an option that was just a picture of the map to use as navigation. also would like just a picture of the entire schedule that would be updated as opposed to just listing all performances by set time
It would be cool if the app let you select your favorite bands so you could see where & when they all will play in relation to each other. Also, why does the app keep trying to add band play times to my phone calendar?
Last year the app was perfect, this year the "my schedule" looks lazy. On android phones you cant even view the full schedule. I hope this gets fixed before forest..
worked well, needs the schedule to download to an offline cache once though, should not have to download it over network every time. should just be a pdf saved for you to look at quick with no network data used.
Honestly it is terrible. Worked great last year, but this year it is missing multiple artists on the schedule. For example... STS9? Doesnt show up on Friday schedule. Totally unreliable
App is great, and the update for 2019 dropped today, but it looks like some of the artists are missing that are on the already posted schedules, so I'm hoping the app will keep being updated from now until fest gates open.
Please update for android. Some of the artists are missing from the schedule. i can only see the schedule up to midnight. I also haven't received any notifications on the app.
They change the app every year, it always seems like they fix one issue and then mess up another. overall the app works but has it's problems.
Map keeps crashing. I can't log in to see the food vendors, and more than half the artists are missing!! I NEED to know at the VERY LEAST when the headliners play and what stage... I really hope for another update soon, if I miss any of the artists I have revealed thousands of miles and spent hundreds of dollars to see I am gunna be one unhappy camper...
lineup missing quite a few artists, cant see anything after midnight. Not getting any info when i click on an artist, just a green android popping up. fix the bugs!!
Only complaints are that some of the artists aren't showing up on the schedule & the grid view for scheduling is gone; that was really helpful visually.
android version is not fully functional, complete lineup is missing, glitches, map does not load, etc. might as well not use it at all
great job. wish the schedule part was a little more in depth, customizable, and easier to navigate
Schedule layout sucks and there are broken buttons in the pull-out menu. Was better before the 2019 update.
I don't understand why they would delete great features from this app. I don't like that I can't see my personalized schedule by day or stage. So disappointing...
The app is fine. Right now the schedule cuts off any artists that start after midnight, someone has a date time error to go fix.
The only thing worse than this app is the the security line getting into the venue, people are waiting in line for 4 hours, gunna get heat stroke out here. dont waste your money at this money grabber festival. see everyone at Bonnaroo next year!
Great for finding your way around the forest, selecting performances to see and getting updates for safety and comfort purposes. Glad I downloaded it😊
Low rating only because app is broken. Half of the artists aren't in the app and its buggy as heck. (will update the rating if/when its fixed)
looks fine and dandy but alot of artist are missing in the schedule .... seems to be an android problem? and My girlfriend has an iPhone and she has them all in her schedule.... also the Connection to the vendors through post mates doesn't work I can't log in at all
when i install this app it brings me too the 2018 e forest app not 2019. i have an android and i have downloaded and tried opening the add but every time it brings me to 2018 e forest app. this needs to be corrected.
garbage app that came out last minute and doesnt even have all the artists lined up after 12...but thats okay all they care about is having the apple store app working. who cares about android right? also the fact of a whole day and nothing was fixed is really filthy.
add grid view for the set times please. this is my first forest but I've heard the app was way better and I've been to festivals with better apps.
The app functioned well while I was at the venue and did a good job for what I needed it for. The only thing keeping me from giving it 5 stars is the radio shuts off when I turn my screen off. I would love to see something similar to other music apps where it keeps playing the music when the screen is off. I would tune into EF radio a lot more. Other than that it's a solid improvement over last year's app. Keep up the good work and Happy Forest!
